Well, i think that this "The Fallen" guy is a Quintesson.
The new poster, reveals that fancy egyptian pharaoh' style, that reminds me one of the faces of a Quintesson Judge.

The face that represents Death:



So, as a Quintesson, his profile is more likely the rumor has been rounding..

Says something like this: "He came to Earth to conquer and enslave, and initially was revered as a god, but was later deposed and imprisoned beneath a pyramid.
- He's still asleep under the pyramid, awaiting the time to awaken and take his revenge!"

The Jeroglyphics, the piramids, the all technical advance that Egyptians dudes had... all fits! lol

Think about it.. a transformers beating by primitive Humans?.. i don't think so.
To me, it's more like a Quintesson.. why... 'cause they're weak, strongly manipulators, but so weak. And any human can beat their asses.

So, when he wake up, he has to find a way to be worshiped again, 'cause now, humans are more Scientific that, that good old days.. so.. it's has to do his army.. and Megatron and possibly the others dead decepticons are now on stage.. reformated as new robots, they can fight against the autobots and the Starscreams' army. 'Cause we all know that Meggy is gonna betray that Q guy.

it's more the Unicron's saga kind of story, but i think that Unicron it's not a possible character for a movie..
A planet size robot?... it's to much for a screen play.. don't you think?.

I've been suspecting that he's a Quintesson as well, though probably not at all like the G1 ones. If anything I suspect that he'll most likely be a mix between a Transformer and something out of Lovecraft...

My theory is the Fallen will trip over things a lot.

really now i think that this would be good and bad if it were true it would be bad because he wouldnt do anything but it would be good because he would be a interesting character

 

I'd rather them not bring in the Quintessons, and if they do...I pray that they don't have the Fallen be one..that's just..ugh.
