Hey, I finished this back in August but I'm finally getting around to posting something here.

I used TR Scourge as a base, swapped the arms for Highbrow's, talked theGlaug [theGreat] into upsizing his great Nautica head, and printed Trent Troop's wrench in metal. Plus I did quite a bit of shaving, reshaping, and adding bits to the TR parts. I also scratchbuilt the fans from some Mega Blok parts and styrene sheets.

I'm still working on lighting and my camera so some of the colors are off. She's not quite so blueish.

So the vents are the non-cannon end of the leader Thundercracker or Skywarp leg guns. I cut off the part of Scourge’s wings that covers the hands and shaped and glued them together

i don't know who she is , but i like it. the turbin is great, way bigger than nautica. the thing in her arms, wish it can go forward to form a hammer knuckle. 2 good 2 b tru

 

Can you (or @glaug and Trent) link to the appropriate Shapeways parts please? This is so spot-on that I need to make my own.

This appears to be the wrench, and while I've found Glaug's storefront I'm not sure which of the many options appears here.

 

I've hated the Hasbro version as soon as they showed it off. That is not Nautica.
