WOW! You have quite a collection! What is that G1 Kabaya kit like? Did you chew the gum?

BTW, Who made those WST boxes?  How much did they set you back?

That G1 Kabaya kit looks similar to the STF version of OP, but it comes in an army green color and still attached to the tree and unbuilt. :)  Those particular ones came in random type boxes, so they had to be opened to see whats inside. If you look closely at the pic, its actually 2 boxes in one where the top box has the candy in it and the bottom box contains the toy. I still have the candy, but no gum chewing here. :lol

As for the boxes, they set me back around $3-$5 buck a pop. Highly worth it in my opinion considering the only other good way to display them is opened. If you want to get some, you can email the maker right here:

Cool. Now I remember seeing pictures of those Kabaya figures... back when the WSTs were first revealed, I thought that Prime mold was being reused because its so similar (in 'bot mode anyway). Its a cool piece. About the candy, you know the guys at www.x-entertainment.com would eat it. Come on, man! You can do it! :p  J/k. Its obviously part of your collection, not food.

Wow. Totally worth $5 what does the back look like? Are the trays just modified from the ones that came with the figures?

Here go some more detailed shots of one of them right here:

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

The trays were modified from the originals which is pretty easy to do. However, for figures like Megatron, I wanted it to have that identical G1 look, so my brother in law customized some styrofoam to actually fit Megs in. Now if he can only do the same for all of the STF Primes and trailers I have.

Thanks for the pics. They look gorgeous! I dropped that guy an email. I hope I hear back!!

I love how he chose "Magnus" instead of "Ultra Magnus." This guy puts some thought into these boxes!

Kudos to you then.:D  Dropping the "Ultra" totally addresses the no trailer issue.

IIRC, that amazing WST trailer is a one-off at this point. Let's hope he makes more!

BTW, Does this box guy have a web page? How did you find him? Does he sell this things regularly or is sending him an email just going to tick him off?

    Thanks again for the info!

Just tell him that you got his email through a friend and then let him know which boxes you need. Hes a seller on EBAY as well, just forgot his username. He accepts Paypal so hes definitely legit. :)

    Thanks EP! :D

And thank you for answering the question I emailed you on original G1 Prime price ranges. Considering the condition mines was in, the price fell right in between one of your ranges.

    You da man! :thumbs2:
