For pretty much the past 6 years, I've been dreaming about a new computer, one that could play all the latest games and really be a console substitute. I finally got off my ass 4 months ago and started putting away serious money in order to afford my dream rig. Well, with my paycheck on the second of this month, I finally had enough in savings to take a trip down to Microcenter with my friend Ashes from Corvuschatter and pick up what will soon be turned into my new computer. As you can probably tell, once they're all assembled together this week, they are going to make one hell of a sweet gaming computer, the rig of my dreams. Next month I'll go buy a shiny new monitor for it and perhaps a couple other accessories, but for now I am very happy with what I have coming. My friend, Ashes, is putting it all together, his price for helping me shop around and score the best prices. I'm going to be getting picture updates from him till it's all together, so I'll be sharing them here too. Sorry, but I've just got to brag a little bit. This has been a long time coming and I am so thrilled to finally have things ready to be assembled.

Nice. The price of 4 GB DIMMS is still crazy. Everything else seems to be coming down except the price of a single stick of 4GB RAM.
Alright, the moment I've been waiting for! My PC is finished, optimized, delivered, and set up! WOOOHOOOO! Intel Core i7 930 @2.80 GHz 3.25 GHz 6 gig ram dual GTX 460 SLI video cards This baby sings and makes DDO look like a brand new game. Seriously, everything is just so shiny and fast!!!
