elen silla lumen omentevello. most definitely, you are in my thoughts and prayers. it may be of little comfort, but if your mom truly fought against that cancer for this long, never giving up on herself, she earned my respect. I think god will give her a lot, as well. take care of yourself and each other.
I lost my Mom to cancer too. It's a horrible, horrible thing to see someone as powerful as your Mom get debilitated by such a ravenous disease. All my best, dude.
My mom passed away four years ago. She was diagnosed with breast-cancer and fought it for several years. The cancer finally took over and we lost her. We still miss her very much and it's really hard to loose a family member your so close to. My sincere condolences to you and your family.
Actually I take a lot of comfort in that. When first diagnosed they gave her 6 months and she lasted 6 years. The most amazing part, to me anyways, was that she never blamed anyone or anything, and she never had a bad word to say about anyone or anything. I to am deeply sorry for your loss. I have to say it's the hardest thing I've ever done watching her slowly decline like that. Getting your hopes built up one minute when they say that the cancer is in remission and then getting crushed when they say it's back. The hardest part was when it started effecting her mind. She went from being one of the smartest people I've ever known to not being able to understand what she wanted. Thanks, and I'm sorry for your loss as well. I wish no one would ever have to go through something like this.
I am sorry to here about your loss. I love my mom, I wouldn't know what to do if she passed away. Cancer is a horrible horrible disease, I would never wish on anyone. My best wishes. -Autovolt.
