I'm in the same boat. I have the Twilight from the Festival Foes multi-pack from TRU, but I'll probably have to buy her again if I want the Tempest Shadow and Bow-tie Spike.
Hmmm, might have to check out the Gamestop - there isn't a Barnes and Noble easily accessible around me.
I finally found Pearly Starlight Glimmer at a Dollar General! I'm very happy. Pity Sea Swirl and Sapphire Joy weren't there, but that is okay. I'll take piccies of her later. Kinda weird that a dollar store pony costs more then one at Walmart or TrU but whatev. Pink Star Ponies G4 Pearly Girlies I guess I'm done with G4 Unicorns. I know I'll never truly have a chance at getting Pearly Sea Swirl and Fashion Style Sunset Shimmer, but that's okay. I'm happy with the ones I do have.

While grocery shopping, the store was having a 50% off sale on already low priced EqG minis...so my will is weak. Amazingly, they had a perfect condition card of Sunset - this being the second one I've picked up from that very store (the first one was sent to a friend). She'll be kept MOSC since I already have a Sunset of this design open. Fortunately, the Sushi truck makes an excellent stand for this purpose. And I picked up the original Minis Twilight. All my Wave 1 girls. Weirdly, despite having the widest feet, Twilight has the worst balance because her right foot doesn't sit flush simultaneously with her left. The Twilight Collection Twilight's placement in the collection - I had to rearrange Movie Twilight, GoH Twilight, and GoH Shining to get movie Twily in front of her human self. All my girls (and boy) - running out of room for them come to think of it, don't know how I'd ever fit in that movie multipack... A quick comparison between the 'New' Chrysalis and the original from Fan Favorites Set 2 (which I own) shows that the main difference is the design of the eyes making it look like she's glancing off to the side (though the larger portion of eyeshadow now visible suggests the eyes are BIGGER as well), but that's not the only change. The other change is on her saddle carpace - the original brushable has a blend of the green above the hindquarters into the sea green just below the neck. This new one just has a hard line which doesn't look as good. Otherwise, the paint apps elsewhere are the exact same. Sandbar is pretty cool. Nice to see the line getting back into original ponies instead of just the M6 variants.
@Autobot Burnout I agree. It's nice to see some fresh new colors as well. I definitely hafta order him off AliExpress. You gonna try and get one?
I'm going to wait and see what his release is - I don't want to spend ungodly amounts of money for a leaked figure when he could end up being a single release ala the current Soarin' or Big Mac and be considerably cheaper. I'm also curious as to where that Chrysalis is getting released - not that I want her (since I pretty much already own that toy as it is), but she's the only real villain character in the toyline proper. She will most likely be in a multi-pack of some sort.
I believe he's getting released with the School of Friendship playset, if I understand correctly. I personally do not have room for a playset, which is why I missed out on Novo and Haven Bay.
Ah yeah, I largely just skipped the movie characters who weren't ponies to save on space. Him being in the playset is a problem, though, seeing as how I don't have room for such a thing either (Juniper's Movie Theatre is still in its box in my closet) as well as being hellaciously expensive just for one figure. That ALSO presents a problem for me as you just reminded me that there's going to be the new secondary six who are made up of the six species (pony, changeling, bison, dragon, griffon, hippogriff), meaning they most certainly are going to get toys, and I prioritize TV characters, so for Sandbar I'm not shilling out the kind of cash reserved for important characters right now (I.E. the last time I used a service like AliExpress to get characters out of a set was for Silver Spoon, Twist, and Star Dreams (to date, the only time a Silver Spoon and a Twist brushie were ever released was in that 7-pack, which I skipped getting in full as I already had the CMC + Cheerilee, though it meant I lack glasses for SS and Twist))...unless he turns out to be a major new character. In which case I will deal with how to get him at that time, since even a playset can eventually be displayed as I plan to do with the movie theater in the far future (once I get my own place and can expand my display arrangement)
@Autobot Burnout How is AliExpress service wise? Have you ever had any probs with them? Or are they pretty good?
I've...never actually used them. Thing is, when I got my trio of fillies, I was actually working through a friend in Denmark(who I have since lost contact with over the years) who used them regularly who basically served as the middleman. He ordered the three and then shipped them to me after I paid him for his services.

So are the Equstria Girls Mini figures being basically only sold now at Toys R Us? I don't see them in any Target stores around me after the aisle rests. I'd still like a Derpy and Trixie.
