I think she was probably referring to voicing derpy in epic rage time. Since she works out of LA it's unlikely, though not impossible, that she would ever record for pony
I think it'd be interesting cuz I think I read she grew up with Tara Strong (I'm not sure about that, I have NO idea, but it'd be cool if they were in the same movie.)
I kinda don't want to think about how old Derpy was when she had Dinky.. even if you age her up at 17-19. Dinky is at least 5-10 age range. T.T poor Derpy Anyway new Funko fullsize Look like Discord is posed differently from his mini funko
I always thought of Dinky as her little sister. Probably because imagining Derpy as a single and teen mom makes me sad. That and if the mare (wiki calls her Amethyst Star) that was present at the Sisterhooves Social was Dinky's sister, then Derpy would have been that five when she had that her, and those are awful awful implications. My headcannon is that Derpy didn't want to attend the Sisterhooves Social because of her derped eye, so her friend Amethyst Star decided to help out. On a lighter note, Derpy is rocking that kitchen apron. And Maud Pie is... Maud Pie.
I figured sooner or later we'd be getting a bigger Discord for the Funko figs. Saves me going nuts for those blind bags...and his plotting hands-together pose works better here. I'm pretty sure Rarity and Discord will be all I'll get. I need Daring Do like I need Trixie. Though I do feel that Discord opens the door to us most likely getting Celestia and Luna within the next year. As well, I'm figuring we'll also soon be getting Cheerilee and the CMC's. I figure if Funko can do such a great job styling Rarity's mane, then they should be able to render Sweetie Belle's cotton-candy mane/tail well. I will admit if they do release Maud Pie and Cheese Sandwich, those two will be must-gets. I just feel that Maud's frock would work well, and it's always good to get another member of Pinkie's family.
Hey, My Mom was a teen Mom. (A crazy ass bitch too.) I personally don't find the idea too out there as it's getting more common everyday. Hell, Being sixteen I see it in highschool.
I always saw her in like her early twenties (20 years old at minimum). Not too old compared to other ponies, but not too young to be mistaken as Dinky's sister. And even though I like the Derpy x Time Turner pairing, I don't put them married or in a romantic relationship so that makes my Derpy a single mom.
If we are looking at this in terms of "Horse Years" as opposed to "Human Years", Teen would actually not be uncommon for a horse to have multiple foals. Some can begin to have foals within their first couple years. But, of course, their avg life is usually around just under 30 years.
I'm not liking the implication of Derpy being a teen mom because Dinky is like the same age as the CMC's......for that to happen she'd have to been younger to have her. Now are you seeing where I'm going with this.
