Having watched EqG myself, it really isn't that big a change outside of having to keep the fact he can talk a secret (although gradually everybody finds this out by the end of the movie, and really Spike is in top form during the film as well).

Yeah in a different setting it would have been awesome. Though I wouldn't really like it if they still had the same skin colour as their pony selves. A purple human..god i'm having Vietnam flashbacks to Doug.

 

I'm actually fine with their pony color.

Yo guys.

So just now... I watched Equestria Girls for the first time.

I was dreading the day that I'd actually sit down and watch it... but since the fourth season is coming soon, I had to watch it. The forced romance was cringe-worthy. But other than that... it felt just like the Friendship is Magic that I knew and loved. So... I think I was a bit harsh in my initial judgment. I can't believe it myself, but I'm actually giving this 8/10.





Still better than "Spike at your Service". I'm sorry, but I still can't get over that awful episode! I still see it as the worst MLPFIM episode ever!!

 

I have no freaking idea what the heck that was, but it was actually pretty funny.   And well animated also.

 

About a week or so ago someone, I forget who (and I'm too lazy to search) posted a picture of Rarity with a gun, and Sweetie Bell hiding behind her. I remember making a comment about Ripley and Newt from Aliens. Anyway I did a little editing and turned it into the MLP version of the Aliens poster.

 

My only complaint; its the wrong gun   However, that's not your fault.



Twilight is still getting the hang of flying.
