A. Eh, idk B. I guess it would be kinda cool 1. No C. I don't think so. How could they do it? Use real ponies?
Perhaps, if it was with my best friend who is a brony. umm oh wow....depends does Bay dictate how ponies act. I hope not.
A.) I'd only watch such a thing if it did something similar to Looney Tunes: Back in Action, and only if it was G4 AND written by the same people. Preferably M.A. Larson. Also, asking if the characters being G1 would make any difference is a stupid question because the mane six in G4 are THE SAME CHARACTERS. Literally, in Applejack's case, but Lauren Faust scripted the show with six G1 characters in mind. Copyright reasons and other factors changed the ponies colors and in one case swapped who was an Earth pony and who was a pegasus, but they remain the same as Lauren's envisioning as from the original G1. B.) 1.) What do you possibly think would be improved in that situation by adding a director who deliberately killed off the Arcee bikes at the final battle of ROTF after them not showing up at all after the beginning because he actually said something along the lines of because he didn't like them. Additionally, this is the same guy who directed a trilogy of movies about a hasbro franchise where the majority of characters got hardly any characterization. And you want to put him in charge of a movie based on an iteration of a completely different hasbro franchise that only got popular BECAUSE of having deep characterization? C) It's a rumor you heard ON THE INTERNET. You do not provide sources, you do not give ANY credible information about this being true, and you clearly do not understand the repercussions of such a thing considering every other Hasbro-license based live action movie has done extremely poorly at theaters, and the only reason Transformers has done so well is because it's mainly brainless action of watching robots beat the shit out of each other inbetween craptastic human drama where, if Team Lennox or Simmons aren't around blowing shit up or generally being awesome badasses, the only interest is the hot chick who is attracted to Sam for whatever reason. The fact you AUTOMATICALLY think it's true says a lot about how you need to understand not everything is true if it isn't backed up from a credible source.
A. Probably not. B. Probably not. 1. The ponies would prbably do all the things the TF movie bots did... swear, hump stuff and blow $#*! up. C. I doubt MLP will me anything but animated. Calm down there, bro. He never said it was true, nor did he say he thought it was true- he was just asking if anyone thought there was any validity to the rumors.
Ya know what I don't get?? How come some Bronies are opposed to the humanized ponies on Equestria girls to the point of almost foaming from the mouth, yet turn around and draw shitty humanized ponies on DeviantArt? I wish to fart on these people, loudly and violently.
Most of the time, I dig, but it would be fair to say there are several humanisations of them I've seen on dA that I felt were waaay better than the designs from Equestria Girls. These for example: Those look different to the others, in fact had EqG looked more like this, I felt it would have been better received. Also, Pony Bravo!
Oh, I'm not saying they're all bad, some do look amazing. Just the logic I don't get of disliking Equestria Girls' designs when a few buds of mine drew similar looking designs. Some even after the movie was released. I pinned it all on shifting opinions and such, but at least the peeps that I know personally still dislike the film's humanizing of them as well as the designs. I always urge them to be creative and try redoing their look and exercise their creative muscle, but it almost seems like the concept of them being human lookin' is what cheeses them off and they come off sounding slightly hypocritical. To each their own though, I like to respect everyone's opinion. I'm just like: "but...... but....... but....
For my money it wasn't even the turning them into the humans was bad, it was making the setting a god damned High School; not even a school of magic in a fantasy land, just a plain ol' boring High School. It severely limited the scope and knee-capped the characters who all seemed to have actually regressed from their Pony counterparts. I mean Jesus Christ, Twilight Sparkle goes from magical demi-god or demi-god in training and becomes 'the new girl'? Fuck me with a plate of cheese and a side of bacon what a bloody waste. They could have had this: Instead they made this: But most of all, Spike. Got. Screwed. If magical pony is worth a human being, being a dragon should been worth being Old Spice Guy or Thor.
