So regarding chapter 378...

The minute La Brava showed up last chapter, I had a feeling Gentle wasn't far behind.

But I will say I did NOT see Nagant making a return.

Which is rather funny when you realize she will be making her appearance in the anime soon.

 

Seeing the recent stuff adapted into the anime is merely reinforcing why I think Enji / Endeavor is one of the best written characters in this series. Though that may be a little bit of my own bias seeping in as he's also probably one of my favorites besides Hawks.

I'd probably feel worse for Toya / Dabi if he wasn't' such an unrepentant psychopath that used out-of-context footage in an effort to make heroes as an institution look worse and air his dirty laundry to the world that really is no ones business except him and his families, essentially causing society to fall apart because he had daddy issues. Not to mention all the innocent people he's murdered as well.

Like don't get me wrong, what happened to him as a kid was tragic but there's really no good excuse for how he's behaved.

Also the return of La Brava and Gentle in the manga made me genuinely giddy, because I adore those two dorks. D:

 

Pretty sure she's had more notable roles than this.

 

But that’s the one that immediately comes to mind for some. One of her most recent.

 

She’ll always be Kaori to me!  

 

With today’s episode marks the end of Act II of the story, and now the anime begins its adaptation of act III!

 

So far, the adaptation of the Dark Hero arc has been absolutely fantastic!

Every episode so far has been nailing it. And now we only have two episodes left, even though the last major action episode has aired now.

 

The most recent episode maybe me cry really hard! I loved it soooo much!

 

Watched S6Ep21 shortly ago (with the anime, I watch the English dub) - that was the best episode of MHA and I think one of the all-time greatest episodes of an anime. It was adapting peak content from the manga, but the animation/production/music/voice-acting were God-tier. An excellent episode and piece of animation.

Deku vs Nagant was one of my favorite fights in the series, top 5, from reading it in the manga. I said that it was a fight which I wasn't particularly waiting to be animated in a sense due to it being a strategic fight. But it getting produced to screen like this has made it my #1 fight from the series.

 

We pretty much knew it was coming but nice to see it officially confirmed

for a minute i was worried Stain would kill All Might but should have known better
