What should I do with my Skylynx lynx?

  1. Fix it up.

So I need everybody's advice on an issue here. I recently picked up the "lynx" half of a Skylynx at a rummage sale, and of course I was super excited since hey, G1! And Skylynx! When I got home I tested the electronic, not working, whatsoever, which I'm okay with, really. Thing is, some of the pieces that help him walk are broken, making two of his legs kind of limp (though he can stand with no problem).

Now, the problem I'm having is this: whenever I get a new Transformer, that becomes like my Transformers, and so I get very attached to it. Basically selling this thing (or tossing it) would not be an option. I was thinking about either buying another junker Skylnx (with the "Sky" half still in good condition) so I could fix the broken legs, or buying a new, working one, and customizing the one I have to be something else. What do you guys think I should do?

I feel the same way about my toys I'd say just keep an eye out for the sky part. Also I would not bother about the walking gimmick I used it say twice

I just got a G1 Omega Supreme that was broken, corroded and dead. I brought him back to 100% working order on my own.

Nothing feels quite so nice as fixing an original and making it whole again, but you have to consider what it will cost to do it. It was worth it in my case, as he was complete (minus one small clip) and in perfect shape apart from the internals.

If I were you I would at least try to find the other half for a good price and fix him.
