I am at about 3 weeks now, if I don't see anything in the next week I'll have to file a claim with paypal. Hate to say it but it might be the only way to get some response.

Well some stuff has been showing up at people's houses, so maybe he just needs a little more time. I know I'd like my stuff like NOW, but honestly I'd rather the stuff I bought than my money back.

hey guys - received my stuff today- it took 3 weeks - but his poor communication of the tracking number kept me worried (he gave me a tracking # not associated with my location - exactly like a previous poster commented)

hope you all get your stuff too - this should hopefully be encouraging!

Got my stuff today, never received a tracking number, it was about a 3 week turn around.

FYI I emailed pointblank using the same address he provided for paypal and got a quick repsonse back. He said he was having issues with his TFW2005 account and couldn't log in hence the lack of repsonses to PMs.

I think I've been really patient with Pointblank but I'm getting pretty fed up with him. It's been well over a month and still nothing from him. I've opened a paypal dispute. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

    Please do Devestator.

I emailed him today again to let him know if he doesnt get back to me by the end of the day tomorrow, I will have to open a paypal dispute as well. It's almost been 45 days which is the cut-off to file a dispute.

Well I had to file a claim today with Paypal. I didnt want to, after seeing some people have received their stuff, I held out hope that I might see the UPS guy come around with a package for me. Maybe he still will and Justin is just refusing to contact me (or anyone).

But it's almost at the 45 days and I have to protect my interests as well, so it's in Paypal's hands now.

I'm still willing to reach an amicable resolution to this situation, the most amicable would be to receive the items I paid for a month and a half ago (of course).

Well we'll see how it goes, I'll keep everyone updated here. I hope everyone else has better luck.
