    See avatar.... I do. :)

Still one of my favorite, most nostalgia-seeped lines.

Nice collection! I'm bummed that Beast Saga seems to have reached its end, but it was a great little throwback while it lasted.

Nice! Lil trip down memory lane! Have several of those floating around the manroom closet somewhere. Lotsa good memories collecting those with my cousin as a child. Are they a pretty penny these days?

I was just at a flea market yesterday and found a guy that was selling these. I had a bunch of them when I was a kid so I figured I'd ask the guy how much he wanted for them because I wanted to pick up a few. He tells me he wants 25 cents each so I grabbed all 20 of them for a cool $5.00. No weapons but still a cool little addition to my collection.

I had over fifty at one point and I ended up selling them (to a guy in the Netherlands if I remember correctly). I regret it a little because I loved these badboys. Here's the photo I originally took to sell it on ebay:

I remember trading away "Octillian Octopus" (the red octopus) and "Cutthroat Cuttlefish" (the white squid) but I don't remember what I got for them. I also had the Shocking Shark playset and the Big Horn chariot.

I thought there was a reboot shown a couple of months/years ago. Haven't a few waves already been released?

That octopus is one of the ones I got yesterday.

I figured out most of them except for a couple and I see you had them in your picture there. Wondering if anyone could identify them for me. Both are in the third row from the bottom, the first yellow guy, and then the fifth guy, blue and white with wings.

Do you mean the Camel and the Squirrel? They're official American names are Hunchback Camel and Squirely Squirrel. This is the site I used to identify them: STA: Battle Beasts

Oh yeah, a camel. So the other one with the wings is a squirrel? Guess he could be a flying squirrel.

    Thanks for the link.

I used to really love these little guys. I only had a small collection, when I was kid, but I still have a few of them, like the Snake, Spider, and the Horse.

Actually Takara has already rebooted them. They are called Beast Saga now in Japan and they are extremely cool. Sadly they are only available there and it seems like Hasbro will not be importing them. Without weapons, the original toys are $5 and with they are $10+ on average.

    Here is some Beast saga:
