Okay guys, so this is my WIP attempt at making a Classics style Jazz. I'm making some of those shin plates and a tail fin for him with some plastic so I posted the basic design I have and I also taped on paper mock ups to give you an idea of it will look like. I sculpted the front end with might putty because I had some and definitely not because it is the best material for the job. I plan on getting some reprolable Jazz decals. He is painted in Testers enamels. I really want Jazz's alt mode to look like blacklion29's sweet version but I'm not really sure how to go about it past where I am now so any suggestions would be welcomed. The head is going to made by spoonman and will be here soon. Also included... some WIP shots of Ironhide and Rachet plus some nice shots of my work area.

P.S. How the heck do you paint all of the shoulders black I'm having a lot of trouble? Thanks.

Oh, and the last two pictures are to show how I filled in the bottom of the forearms in with might putty and shaved it down to match the rest of the arm.

are you going to carve out the front bumper? I ask because you're clearly going for accuracy by modifying everything, and his front bumper wasn't solid like that.

Yeah, that's what I need help figuring out how to do. I'm hoping that it won't fall apart when I try to carve it out today. If it does I guess that's okay because I have more mighty putty and I could use styrene for the flat bumper parts instead of trying to just shape the whole thing with the putty.
