hi people, i just saw "this is why i hate machines" and after i was thinking... At the end Of that episode jazz joins the earth team. And we know that prowl dies towards the end. What if jazz is there to replace prowl. And if hes there to replace prowl odds are there are going make more episodes with jazz in it. And maybe there is going to be season 4, and maybe animated is going to be continued on a different channel. anyway those are my thoughts. sorry couldnt post alot im on my ipod. typing is hard on this for me...
And maybe pigs will fly out of my butt. Besides, Transformers Animated is owned by Cartoon Network. THEY choose whether or not to continue the show. But, I too am puzzled as to why include Jazz if there's only two episodes left.
Jazz's discontent with Sentinel Prime has been a backburner storyline this entire season, starting with "Where is thy sting" or whatever episode that was. Ever since that episode, Jazz has had growing discontent for Sentinel and his rather "brash" actions. It really picked up in "Five Servos of Doom" and it finally concluded in "This is Why I Hate Machines". It's not so much a "ZOMG HE WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM IN SEASON 4!!111!!" as much as it is the brilliance of the story-writers of creating this "background" storylines that grow over the span of various episodes and eventually come to a head. Obviously Jazz is meant to be in the "final battle" of Season 3, probably to add relevance to the whole Spoiler death of Prowl . My assumption is "Endgame Part 1" will end with Spoiler Prowl's death, and possibly his funeral, leading up to Optimus Prime's conclusion that it's time to stop Megatron once and for all. Will be fun to see
wait, maybe the man's right, i remember somehwere saying hasbro would be making so sort of tv station with all ther products on it like star wars and transformers. he may have a point
thats what i thought too. as for Jazz, i think the overall storyline for Sentinel Prime, unless it happens in Endgame part 2, will result in him being over thrown as acting magnus and the Autobot council will probably accept Optimus as replacement.
I know i read somewhere that the whole of season 3 was written the way it was intendet (without the knowledge of a s4 or not) I personally think that jazz jumping ship was bang out of order, at the time jazz bailed out omega was still in cybertrons orbit with the pending decepticon attack, so the war was (or still could be on cybertron) and with sentinals eratic behavior cybertron needed jazz to try and keep sentinal in check and to defend its people against the attack But no he went to live on earth and become optimus primes new bitch.
i dunno, tigerhawk joined in the third-last episode of beast wars and was killed in the finale, so really this doesn't make it definite there will be any more animated. which is a shame really. i hope they leave it near conclusive, with just enough threads to ressurect the franchise later on. they did it with armada. though energon is something i'd rather forget.
I agree with you, that is exactly what I thought. I am sure they were setting up for Jazz to join the main cast in season 4, pending its existence....pretty sure I already said this on a similar thread...
did anyone think that this season was done up before they found out that the show was and or might be "cancelled"??? thast kind of how i see this i thought the same thing as everyone else but for a animated show like this its tough to remake the last episodes of a season after u find out your canned. the next two episodes arnt going to give us allot but lead us into a fourth season a season that might not come now....
