So I headed to Target this morning to buy the Superion set. On arriving at the St. Augustine store I see there are NONE on the endcap, in spite of the big a$$ sign on the shelf for it. I call for an associate, who tells me she has no idea WTF I'm talking about. She built the endcap last night before close and didn't see these at all. She called 3 people, punched every combination of the product name we could think of into her scanner gun, and got NOTHING. So it's not in the computer.......also not on the website. WTF???? So I went to customer service to contact the other stores nearby (Daytona,Palm Coast,Gainesville, Orange Park) and they don't have a @$#%ing clue either... In fact, the girl at the Orange Park store suggested I try WALMART!!! I told her I'd love to, but the toy is a TARGET EXCLUSIVE!!! Now by this point I'm getting really pissed at the incompetence of these twits in red shirts. So, I headed north to Jacksonville, figuring with 5 stores I'd find one somewhere... I went to the store on Southside Ave, and there weren't any on the shelf there either. I called an associate named Matt and asked him. Turns out I wasn't the first person today to ask about him, but I asked if he'd check the back for me. You see, Target depends on the computer to tell the stockers EXACTLY where a product goes, right down to what section of what shelf. So I asked him how anyone can say there aren't any, when if it isn't in the computer no one has any way to find out. He agreed there was a pile of ROTF boxes in the back marked "do not sell untill 5/30" and went to check it out. He came back about 2 minutes later and.... SCORE!!!! There was one (?) left, and it was mine!!!!!!! He also found another in the backstock cart and asked if I wanted it too. I told him to put it on the shelf for the next person who wants it. Long story, but a great ending.... BTW- if you are looking for it with an associate, look under TF2 COMBINERS, and it should pop up in the scanner/gun thing.(make sure the (S) is added, since a search for COMBINER won't get you anything).
Nice! I would buy it, but I'm not a big fan of the combined mode. That and the fact that the small peg that connects to the torso hardly holds the torso together.
Or give them the DPCI number, 087-06-0146. Glad to hear you got a set though, eventually. I had some issues getting mine today and sounds like there's a lot of drama surrounding actually being able to buy these sets.

I didn't have the DPCI number, and since those dingledorks couldn't find it in the computer, they couldn't tell me what it was. And honestly, once I finally got one I was so happy I forgot to ask. Anyone have the DPCI for Bruticus?
wtg i had to ask my friend who went with me to target to ask the guy to see where the demolishanger was and he couldnt start running fast enough cause he wanted to ask the guy where the robot replicas bumble bee was and he got his and when the dude came back with the employee he realized what was missing so he got the rr's and the voyagers and we both got what we wanted
I looked at this set tonight, and didnt pull the trigger. I do understand your frustration with Target though. I did the dance with the red-shirts when the TFA Ratchet + Lockdown recolors were released. The I did it again with the Shockwave + Sunstorm re-colors as well, thats the time when I was told to try Walmart or TRU. AFTER I explained that they are Target exclusives. I like the late teens/early 20s girls that look at me like I'm a total Dbag when I'm asking questions, that as a Target employee, only she is going to know. WTF?
Yeah I used the DPCI I found on the boards and had it within 5 minutes this morning. I'm almost positive this set isn't even supposed to be released yet. Their scanner guns should list it as "Not On Planogram" but there's not sale block on it.
