He tore apart Ravage, he blew off Laserbeak's head, and according to the TV spots he cuts a line and sends a pack of wolves plunging to their fate.

I was hoping maybe with the wolves they'd do something more, like have a pack run in the street and Hound would fight them off. Instead they appear to be on Lockdown's ship as guards, and Bee once more gets to off them.

 

Technically Sam moves Lasebeak's head into the line of fire.

Though, they could still fight some on the Nightship while trying to rescue Tessa and Optimus.

 

Mainly 'cause Optimus 'rambo body count' Prime doesn't leave him any proper bad guys.

In terms of kills across the 3 movies I think OP kills more than the rest of the cast combined.

In 2nd place is probably that annoying Witwicky kid. Still upset about Starscream getting such a weak death. In the first movie all of the autobots completely bricked it when he was about.

 

Bumblebee has more kills than Sam.

Prime only killed random Decepticon troops, Megatron, Sentinel, Grindor, Demolishor, The Fallen, Shockwave, and the Driller.

Bumblebee needs to kill something as the team believe the only way to get us to care about the character is by having them kill stuff in an awesome way. Take Sideswipe for example.

Technically Bumblebee pushed the trigger that made it fire though  

His visible kills were still a great many more. Also technically he killed Megatron twice... :L

If Optimus is in the battle the other Autobots are essentially useless compared to him - as such Bumblebee always gets an enemy who he can fight in a one-on-one battle to distract him (Barricade, Rampage, Soundwave, Stinger) and since the second film he has started killing the caset-formers (Ravage, Laserbeak)

Ah ok - my mistake. My mind keeps correcting the bad parts of the film series and I imagined it was more like the original film series.

But still the fact that Sam killed more Decepticons than Jetfire and the Twins... ¬_¬

Either way Optimus is still a mass-murderer in the series and the inclusion of the other Autobots in battle becomes unnecessary when he pops up - so they just delay Prime and give the other Autobots a random character to kill in their spare time.

 

Well to be fair, Sam was in all 3 movies while Jetfire and the Twins were in one (unless you count seeing their alt mode at the base in DOTM)

 

i sure as hell hope you don't see each one of our troops returning home as a "mass-murderer".

 

If you kill you are a killer, simple as that. Their is no possible counter-point you can bring up because you must acknowledge that 'our troops' kill and thus are killers. In the mind of whatever 'enemy' they are fighting our troops are murders. A killer of many is a mass-murderer - as such anyone who fights and kills for whatever cause or reason is a murderer. It cold hard truth, not an opinion, just fact.

Though this is not on about real life and I don't disrespect those who go out and fight and kill - however they are still by definition killers and murderers.

• Do I respect them for putting their life on the line - yes, they are incredible brave fighting for us.
• Does that mean they are not killers - no, they are still killers.
• Do I feel that a fictional situation needs to be related to a real life situation every time it is brought up - no, its unnecessary and doesn't apply much to my point that the other Autobots are not needed in battle when Optimus is a power-house.

True... I'm pretty sure his 2 Decepticon kills (The Decepticon Leader and the Decepticon second-in-command) pretty much helps shows how useless most the Autobots (Jetfire, Skids, Mudflap, Wheelie, Brains Ratchet, Jazz) really are though...

Sams 2 Decepticon kills still pale in significance to Optimus's hundred or so - but it still just makes the rest of the Autobots seem really inferior and unnecessary in the battles when they are worse fighters than Shia... let alone Optimus.

 

Sam didnt exactly best them in single combat, he got lucky twice.

 

to be fair jetfire did save sam, epps, and lennox by killing mixmaster and scorponok. skids and mudflap, i'll agree, didn't do very much other than occupy devastator for a couple minutes. wheelie helped find jetfire, brains and wheelie saved bumblebee's life.. along with the rest of the autobots who were being held (besides Que).. plus, jazz had a really awesome '86 movie moment.
