    Posted by Alex over at FullMetalHero.com our first full look at Orion Pax's cop buddy Roller, who, surprisingly is rather a lot larger than the Supercop himself.

    Awesome look to him though.

    'It was a lot of fun to come up with his look for issue 10 of MTMTE. When going over what he should look like with James, he mentioned he wanted him to transform into a prisoner transport. With that in mind I started to really think about how big he should be. Finally I decided that he needed to be bigger then Orion Pax. He has a few similar design aspect as Pax has. I wanted that since they are a team/partners at the police station.'

    Prisoner Transport? That's a cool idea. I'm liking the "pre-war Optimus" notes in the alt-mode.

    I like this concept. And I will buy roller bigger size abd pretend the bulk is used for the whole trailer and lil roller for Prime's earth mode.

    Honestly I hope that the Escalation Roller isn't the same guy as this one. It would be kind of morbit if Optimus was using his friends dead body as a drone or something...

    I hope he just named the drone "Roller" in his honor or something.

    Hasbro get to work on a toy of this now.

    I still haven't gotten the chance to read MTMTE but trust me guys when i say this kind of stuff makes me want to read it right now.

    The front part of his vehicle mode reminds me of War Within Optimus. Wonder if that was intentional :)

    Probably was knowing the team behind this book.

    BTW, I'm starting to wonder if this Roller isn't the drone unit, and that the drone may just be named in memory of him.

    Oh, when I first saw him in Shadowplay, I thought it was Skids and thought "Ah, he lost his memory because of the institute" but then realized it was not that way at all, because it is not even Skids :lol
