I couldn't wait to get muh physical copy in the morning so read it on iBooks and, just... wow. My smile just kept getting wider and wider with every page.
Very satisfying conclusion to this arc.

So, the "Brainstorm wants to stop the war ever happening, Megs ends up with the P.O.P. spark, and all this was meant to happen" theory was, as many suspected, spot on, but Roberts still manages to throw plenty of surprises in there. Rodimus and co. are much more tied to the Lost Light than they could ever have known, shall we say.

I won't get too spoilery in the first post, but Cyclonus singing Huey Lewis and the News (yeah, when they get back they're watching Back to the Future II in Swerve's, haha) is too good.

Also, after all is said and done the Functionist Timeline remains, in which Rung is a total badass, and he's figured out what he's for...

 

Curious to see what'll happen to Brainstorm after this arc. Also, loving how Roberts keeps going 'oh, this guy got a toy but is in my comic? Too bad!' with guys.

A toy doesn't mean plot armor.

As much as I want a physical copy of this and the next chapter in the Enigma story line I'm very tempted to just buy them off ComiXology when they're listed and find out what happens.

And speaking of which, anyone know when ComiXology usually updates with IDW books?

 

I don't get mine until 9 something in the morning. But by then I'm at work and busy.

This issue is the culmination of absolutely everything in MtMtE plus Chaos Theory. From here we are looking forward, not back.
