Question for anyone who has this and the Infinite Transformation Megatron - how well (or not) do they work together? Obvious there's a certain aesthetic difference, but is there also a mismatch with the paint tone and finish? Or do they work better than it looks? Find it hard to judge exactly how MS Prime looks in real life, it does seem to look markedly different between different people's photos/videos - sometimes too cartoon-simplistic and/or tonally flat, at other times it looks to have more presence.

 

I have MS 01 and IT 01. I am getting a Despotron and either selling IT 01 or using it for parts. I posted about it earlier in the thread.

Colors favor IT 01 over Despotron (I can fix that with matte clear coat). But I think that Despotrons proportions are a much better fit for MS 01. If I slap IT 01's head on Despy, he should look even better.

I will post pics once Despy gets in.

 

I, personally, like the way they look together. I have them on the shelf together. I’m at work so I can’t post pics just yet.

 

Well when someone manages to physically mass shift parts then we'll agree. Until then anyone with eyes can see there's no way that alt mode will work with a tiny back and and a huge front end lol

Physics is a fucker when it comes to transforming toys.

 

I am sure many toys out today would have seemed impossible 10 years ago. Lets agree to disagree.

I had the exact same thing pop out when transforming him. There’s a space next to the wheel/wheel well for it. I had to shove it back in to make it stay
