It also depends on the retailer's stock. I've seen people still finding the preorder goodies for Starscream in their MST Seekers sets, way after not getting them in mine.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the bonus for MST Megs again?

 

I haven't been following along for to long, so do we get the parts for toon/toy menasor regardless, and then there are extra parts with some to create the comic version?

 

I forget exactly because it all went in a ziplock back for me, but I think it was the battle damage chest and face, some expression hands, and.... something else that I'm forgetting. Basically stuff that should have been included to begin with.

 

Mine shipped yesterday, paid in full on 1/10.

I have been lurking this thread for a while and just convinced myself that these guys are really cool. So I pre-ordered a set and will be excited to see them in hand.

 

Agree, it has more to do, I think, with when your retailer purchased their stock than when you did.

I didn't buy MST megs (original version) until early December. I got mine from HZJ on eBay. I noticed his promo pics included the extras which I didn't think I'd get so late. But I did ask him beforehand and he said they were still included.

That's what makes the bonus thing frustrating because if your retailer doesn't get them because of when they placed their orders then your preorder was meaningless.

Frustrating enough for one figure, more so if you need to get multiple bonuses to get the whole thing.

Now that MST put out that accessory pack for their Prime, I still hope they prove themselves smart enough to just grab the chance and reprint all the old preorder bundles as well. If they let the right amount of time pass, I doubt that would hurt their future preorders in any way, and will only make collectors happier.

demmit ShowZ has an autocancel if my PO is not paid within 3 days. any of you has been able to request to extend the autocancel?

 

I thought it was two weeks before canceling unpaid preorders.

 

So I was rewatching the transformation video of the trailer because I have nothing better to do while I wait for the figures to be released/shipped and I noticed that the hands on the figure were black instead of purple is that because of the early access of the figure or is it going to be like that on the final release? Another thing does anyone have a video of the transformations and/or unboxing of pillage and contain or has it not released even overseas? If so a link would be greatly appreciated.

The trailer transforms into a cartoon accurate Menasor.
Additional parts to change Menasor's appearance into toy/Studio Ox styling will be included with preordered figures.
The Wildrider/Breakdown set comes with feet and thigh parts. Additional parts (head, chest-plate, crotch-plate etc) will come with Motormaster and Dead End/Drag Strip.

As far as the package goes? ShowZ usually ships in styrofoam boxes wrapped in dark plastic. Sometimes the plastic, or the tape holding it shut is marked with their store logo.

As far as the pre-order bonuses, so far the only one I've missed out on was the coronation gear for Starscream and I think I may have ordered the seeker pack late. ShowZ has come through for me on the bonuses for all three Soundwave molds along with Megatron (actually, I think I bought one of my Soundwave's from tcp - can't remember).
