Is there any info about the quality and materials of motormaster? It seems like a better material than the first two figures of menasor, as they are very fragile and tend to have damaged parts just from transform it due to the new plastic used on magic square that I don't like at all.

So wanted to know about it before getting the main figure of the combiners.

I would have prefer to keep using the previous one, as for example, their megatron keeps up very good after a lot of transformations and playing with it.

Is this something that actually happened, or is this something that people are worrying about without evidence of it happening?

The only consistent and widespread damage I am aware of on the first two MS Stunticons is stress-marks and scratches/gouges in the plastic, at least some of which seemed to be damage from when the figures were assembled at the factories. I seem to recall a few figures here and there breaking through normal use, but it was not "the plastic is such low quality that is gets damage just from being transformed", and more like "the factory screwed up the mushroom pegs in the bicep swivels and some people had it snap".

Yes, I meant the stress marks (I didn't remember the proper name xd). I have seen a few stress marks that have appeared on both figures while I transform them, not sure if due to materials or the way they are built, but in any case, what has changed in the way magic square does his figures now (seeing also how shockwave has similar issues), makes me think about what will happen in motormaster/menasor.

Of course, what would be better is that the figure doesn't suffer from any similar issue, but like any other purchase, it is better to make sure the figure will be good, more taking into account that menasor is the main one and the more expensive of the group.

Though from the current review videos, it seems the quality is good and haven't seem any stress marks on it so far, but wanted to know if there is some translated opinion from someone who already has the figure.

You described it very well. Known issues: scratches, mushroom pegs and stress marks.

In my case I had minor issues: a few stress marks, the "bulb" issue that everyone has on Breakdown, no biceps swivel issue or stuck pieces, but I had a very annoying issue with Breakdown, the thin chest bar, was too long and it was impossible to transform... I had to cut one milimeter of material...

There will always be issues with some unlucky figures, but after reading lots of Spockwave (I like this name @UltraMagnusLRLL ) hands-on posts and reviews, my feeling is MS has been improving it's plastic since Wildrider/Breakdown, where almost all of the figures had stress marks.
I'd like to think MS knows it can't afford to have these kind of problems with an $130 legends figure and has put the effort in to make MM/Menasor a great bot.
That said, like I mentioned above, there will always be some unlucky specimens.

Totally agree. MST can't afford such noob issues at this point after years and years of great figures. Now are expensive but with more issues. Incoherent. But I'll trust them, maybe it's just an "adjustment" process.

Do they usually announce the repaints all at once or one at a time? I think Newage does them all at once.

Crap shoot. I think they dropped all the Prime repaints at once but like the Cyclonus repaints took years, I think Blaster repaint was a year after. My timeline might be skewed though.
