Won't that be MPM 6+?
Here we go again
Me too, i much like more it to be megatron, so our 2019 will be Meg's glorious year
2 megs incoming
Got a feeling it's "starscream" from beemovie
You mean Blitzwing?!
I know but i thought it would be an annual year thing
I will welcome both ROTF Megatron and DOTM Megatron as long as Megatron make it into the MPM series, that will be great
I hope not. Hasbro has to stop their bullshit “here’s a better version of a toy you got last year that makes your old toy redundant and worthless” strategy.
I hate that too
I've just stopped getting new toys and wait for the better versions to come out.
Er... but that's how they make money. They keep giving you different/better versions of the same, established characters over and over and over and over and over again.
There’s a difference between comparing say SS vs DOTM Sideswipe and SS-05 vs SS-32 Optimus Prime.
You can still find one or two things DOTM does better since both are different molds that do things differently for better or worse, but 05 vs 32? Literally nothing about SS-05 makes him worth buying over 32.
SS-32 does exactly the same thing as SS-05 and even better. SS-32 has a better paintjob, cleaner backpack, more accurate chest and the ability to combine with Jetfire.
Who would give up that for a pair of blades and some extra transformation steps in the legs?
Here's a thought concerning SS#05 vs. SS#32: what if they listened to us fans concerning the things we disliked about #5 so they did some tweaks and also added the combining gimmick all because that is what fans wanted?
I get how frustrating it is to buy a figure only for a better one to be released, but that's the name of the game. They can't hold all releases until they have achieved perfection then only release one figure. They wouldn't make any money that way and we wouldn't get any figures.
Nah, it's all a scam. I mean, they can't possibly listen to fan feedback or improve on their own designs in the future. Every TF figure that comes out has to be the definitive version no matter what.
Based on the price leak that we got a few weeks ago from some websites it’s safe to say we’re gonna be getting some Decepticons, since Optimus is pretty much the biggest Autobot and he was only $130 or so (retail price) and the leak proposed a $180 figure. We could be getting any one of the movie one Decepticons since all of them except for Barricade and Scorponok were either equally sized or bigger than Optimus.
for me, it's a BLACKOUT
If the box is as thin as the leak suggests, then it kinda has to be a plane, right? An MPM Movie 1 Megatron would have to be thicker than a box that size would allow, especially in comparison to Optimus’ box.
Who’s being the idiot here? It’s been stated repeatedly the cannons are not removable, only Ironhide is.
MPM Starscream!!!! Cominggg
