Eh we have almost a year long wait till it’s revealed, bit early to be getting antsy for it. It’ll be brawl or bonecrusher.
I really hope its Brawl, I am quite happy with my TFDF Bonecrusher. The BMB brawl needs to be replaced, its looks great but the joint suck, had to remove the springs because the were stressing the plastic.
If that is real, the door looks like 76 Camaro bee. 76 Camaro bee would be one of the few exceptions to the Brawl or Bonecrushers I would except. MPM Bee is a little dated and his feet look terrible, my SS looked more accurtate, And I love the Classic Car alts that bee had, both the 67 and the 76. If it is a Bee I believe it is because they are trying to stick with the Bot, Con, Bot, Con They seem to try to do but sometimes they end up releasing 2 bots back to back and screw it up anyways so IDK.
Got mine yesterday, Still unpacking with no hurry, just released the paper ropes tying him. My room became unwillingly a MPM Decepticons\' base and was expecting some mouth motion in the head as his mates do have. Just by the rotor it shows it\'s gonna be a massive chopper when transformed. Wishfully next MPM\'d be Brawl (or Sideswipe if autobot)
I certainly have no inside info, but I think something from the upcoming rise of the beasts is very likely. If we’re lucky we’ll get Brawl or Bonecrusher as well. Actually I’d love it if we got a multi purpose 70’s Bee with both body panel for 07 and the new movie (from what we’ve seen they seem similar enough that might fly). Otherwise we’re way more likely to get beasts than 07 version. Or I could be totally wrong. But so far the Bee movie mpms are the only ones we’ve gotten out of sequence and they’ve had an extra year to boot. Also, I have a vague memory that maybe we saw a mention somewhere of a Beasts mpm in a list somewhere, but I’m not positive.
I would also like to finish the 2007 cast first, but I think it's very likely we will get at least one RotB MPM. I've also been thinking that maybe the reason we haven't had any BW MPs in a long time is because they're working on MPM Beast characters to support the new movie. That would be strange for sure.
It’s possible, just hope it isn’t based on concept art and rushed engineering again…. Unlikely. The MPM line is now just 1 a year, they for sure aren’t planning to launch multiple in one year with the lack of sales it’s brought here.
agreed. I hope if that’s what we get they’ve taken the extra time to make improvements/corrections. or maybe all we’ll get is a slightly retooled/redecoed rerelease of that last mpm prime we got. What little we’ve seen seems like the changes may be pretty minor. If they pull that, hopefully we get a new 07 mold as well.
A couple of peg holes got stress marks on my copy. And the hips and waist were a little loose, easily corrected by tightening the screws. That's about it.
