You can do it both ways. Pay later is either by paypal invoice or you'll need to add a card for them to bill. Both options charge you once the item arrives.

The Japanese advertisement pointed out that the stock and silencer needed to be borrowed from the first version.

 

I was asking someone to translate the text in the photo - so it does explicitly state that it doesn't come with stock and silencer then? It's certainly what the photo implies.

 

Postage to Australia was $50 or $58 USD depending on what you went with, if that helps to give you an estimate.

Which means the total price was $360 AUD. I think I'm going to have to do some serious thinking about how much I want it between now and December.

Why would the charge the same price , and in some cases even more , if it won’t come with half the parts ? I bet the house it’ll come with all the gun pieces to make the full version .

 

MP-40 Akom Hot Rod says "Hello". Lacks almost all accessories from MP-28 Hot Rod, instead adds a Targetmaster who's tooling was already done, but costs 2000¥ more.

Same with MP-37 Artfire, it comes with way less stuff than MP-33 Inferno but is 1000¥ more. At least his Targetmaster was brand-new, but still.

I'm not saying MP36+ won't come with the stock and silencer, but cutting accessories yet raising the price has been a thing in this line before  

 

Like @Darkstone says, because there's precedent lately. Even Cordon is 3000 more than Sunstreaker but comes with less accessories (a new head, shins and gun, and some(?) remoulding for his lightbar).

It could be that the only new parts we're getting are the head and chest, but it would be great to pack in the toy-accurate sword and even chrome gun. Though I think if they had been planned, those designs would've also be stolen by the KO companies and packed with their bootlegs, so I'm not holding my breath.

 

I'm sure it will come with all the accessories. But even if it didn't, I'm sure it'll still be $250, just because TT can. And we'd pay it, because we are all sick, like @onnsake says.

 

Oh, I forgot about Cordon, good call. I sure hope Megatron won't share a similar fate...
