Anyway - woo hoo got my cassette dudes! Love the new colours, mould tweaks and that lion mould (even if he ends up super tiny!). I guess Ramhorn is gonna be a cute little baby rhino, too, but what you gonna do - there is only so much mass to go round in these cassettes. Wingthing is loads better quality than my KO Ratbat as I suspected. Dang do I really need to pick up official SoundBlaster just for a decent Ratbat?

Anyone else's Stripes got a seriously floppy rear end? It's like the pins that hold the rear end halves were driven in bad and those pieces literally wobble. My Ravage aint like that.

That's a bummer! So loose I'm not even sure future will help! Will give it a go though.

 

My Stripes didn't have that issue, although he does have a loose right paw. I pick him up, and his paw drops down instantly.

My Stripes is very tight as is Nightstalker. I didn't open Wingthing or Enemy, I am planning on selling them as I just wanted the autobots.

 

My Nightstalker, the front end won't stay together. Looks like the pin is at a weird angle on one of the hinges. Stripes back splits pretty easy, but otherwise everything else it tight. Enemy and Wingthing, no issues. Got mine from TCP, in case anyone is keeping track, so it's the Asia version not the Japanese one.

 

I'm in it for Enemy and Wingthing. Got the SoundBlaster encore set years ago and loved those two. For longest time I was thinking of getting an extra frumble mold and painting it into Enemy, then I looked at all the detail work and thought I don't need the headache. Stripes and Nightstalker is a nice bonus, but in this home all cassettes are going to be Soundwave's minions (except maybe Rewind and Reject).

 

Will buy unwanted Kitty Cassettes. Just pm me.

 

I'd like a set of four Rumble repaints as the generic Rumble clones in the cartoon. I'd say they should be characterised as the four Tremorcons Fracture, Tectonix, Aftershock and Seizor from the IDW comics. The four never had an visual appearance and nothing is known about them except for their ability to create earthquakes. So I figure, why not make them the four Rumble generics from the cartoon and turn them into proper characters.

Yeah, I want all of those, especially the orange one. There was also one more that appeared in the Japanese series, I think Headmasters. It's been awhile for me, but I think he was beige and/or brown and he appears for a few seconds in a fight scene hanging on to Ramhorn's horn. I'd love to have a little Rumble gang.

CHUG versions of all this, please. Along with every other color variant from the cartoon, including the Skywarp colored Prowl in The Ultimate Doom.

 

Wow, it is amazing how lazy and second rate the cartoon was. Being reminded of how shoddy the G1 toon was is always a total bummer.
