Well, quite some time ago I built a 3d MP Convoy/Prime. I havent made a thing since, and this has been well over a year. Anyway, I finally found a new little project. I recently picked up a takara reissue Ultra Magnus, and Ive decided to take my MP Prime and build him an appropriate trailer to make him into Ultra Magnus. The is just getting roughed out right now, and is pretty close to the origianl magnus toy. As I progress Ill make necessary changes to it to make it more MP like. Anyway, on with the pics.

Looking good! It's something I've considered doing with my MPOP model, but never gotten around to. I'll be interested to see how this progresses. Keep it up!

Very nice. I personally am most impressed by your texturing on prime. Pretty curious to see how this develops. On a somewhat related note, do you know what 3d files can be prototyped? (rapid prototyping)

Nice, the camera angle doesn't seem to do all the hard work you've put into it any justice though. How is about an animation of him transforming on a turn tabel or on the Autobot logo (like the angle you used for the pictures in this thread). That would show off the action in a very clear way, also take your time, the transforming could atleast last twice as long as you've got it now...

It's great seeing all the 3D work on the boards, keep it up everyone...

I cant get that clip to play B.F., but Id definitely like to use it instead of the one I have up now. Ive posted this on 2 other boards I visit, that are dedicated to 3d work and no one there ever seemed to even look at the tf clip. If they did, they didnt say anything. Its kinda dissappointing cause you all know MP primes tf sequence isnt a cake walk and I animated it move for move. Oh well, thats Cerebros' whole point. Anyway, I dont know if Im missing a decoder for that clip or what, but Id sure like to figure it out.

Thnx guys, Im glad you like it. I know now I shoulda slowed down the tf sequence. I may redo it, or I may just wait till Im ready to do one as Magnus.
