Went to my local toysrus with the six digit SKU I got from a post a while back (311207) and he showed up on the system as "ACTIVE" but my store didn't have any on order anytime soon. It showed as $74.99 though. I couldn't get a picture but I'm sure other board members who work at ToysRUs can get one to verify! I couldn't get any other info on it, I was hoping to find the twelve digit code which shows up on receipts since that's how a member found MP Grimlock online. No dice.

Seems that that it was already confirmed that he would have a ToysRUs release by a post back in february. Guess I should double check next time before I make a new thread. I guess the only real news would be it's "ACTIVE" whatever that means LOL. Apologies!

I think price confirmation is new, though. Same as Acid Storm, so no real surprise. Have we seen official pictures with his deco, though?

I wonder if he'll have even worse QC issues than Acid Storm.

Uh, what? My AS was perfectly fine, what was wrong with yours?

Mine wasn't terrible, but it was worse than all my other MP seekers. Everyone else complained about it too around the time he came out. With mine,
-rear tail fins pop off if moved at all
-little hinge under cockpit for landing gear pops off all the time
    -chest STILL doesn't tab together

That's really it. Its not unbearable, but those first two things were new to the mold for me. That said, Acid Storm is probably my favorite seeker I have

My Acid Storm (my second new seeker mold) was godly (over-exaggeration) compared to my Thundercracker (my first new seeker mold). Thundercracker was floppy all around and Acid Storm had tight joints everywhere! Although, mine does have the rear tail fin problem, my little hinge doesn't pop off, and I honestly don't know how to tab the chest together on either of my new seeker molds. It never really "locks" into place.

It has never been able to tab together on any seeker mold that I know of. And I have every single one except MP-07

If I recall correctly this was actually an improvement over previous iterations where it almost broke off instead of just falling off harmlessly to be easily reattached.

    Never heard of this.

Can't say I've ran into this, but I haven't transformed my seekers much..

Yeah, that's the way I feel about him too, which is why I kind of did a head tilt when I read what you posted. :p

If you own a seeker mold, you've run into the cockpit locking issue. I have NEVER heard of anyone who successfully tabbed the chest together at the waist. Although I do feel that my tiny landing gear hinge was one of the only ones to have this issue, the tail fin thing is annoying and none of my other seekers have broken tail fins.

OH, that... Honestly I thought I just sucked at transforming them. :p  I'll go with it being a defect though. =)

Yeah, I think its a design flaw they just dont care to fix.

Anyone think he'll be covered in digi-camp like AS? I probably wouldn't like it, but who knows. I would've LOVED if they went and remolded the wings and everything on AS to have an acid bubble/eaten look, and then on Sunstorm it could look burned or melted off as well

Probably not. The camo on Acid Storm was most likely a throwback to the deluxe

Ah, that makes sense. I'm just hoping it'll be different than the Takara Sunstorm.
