Yes I purchased one from the first lot of 105 that was on eBay last night. Looking at the buying history after the auction, mine was the 23rd one purchased.

I just have a bit of confusion about shipping dates. The auction title said Soundwave was not available to purchase until the 18th. Which we know not to be true since I purchased him last night. The auction said shipping time was one business day and that my expected delivery would be Friday the 12th. I am just curious if those of us that purchased a Soundwave from the eBay auction last night would receive their shipping notices today.

 

Ugh, I feel like I missed out

It'll be "in stores" by the 18th. But probably not in ALL stores by the 18th. And of the SOME stores to get MP Soundwave, there will probably be one to two cases available. Yes, I'm still bitter about NEVER seeing MP-10.

People suggesting TRU will cancel the orders or delay shipping to meet the street date of the 18th don't understand how Ebay works.

 

Wow I am so glad I have the Takara one to fall back on in case I don't get in on this extremely slim preorder window.

All of the July 18 listings are gone. The MLP exclusives, TF exclusives, etc. It's not just Soundwave and Acid Storm.

 

And he's SOLD 1 already!  

 

He listed it before TRU ever put theirs up for sale. He must be a psychic asshole.

 

I'm pretty sure he got them at SDCC and thinks that he could sell them before they start selling at TRU. Seems like a lot of people would try to do this and make a profit. I don't agree with it but they can choose to not help collectors out

 

Any seller will tell you that they can cancel an order due to various reasons....granted that will piss the buyer off but TRU is pissing off people right now with the epic fail surrounding these items.

 

The auction titles seem to be lifted directly off the TRU site, with the street date and all. I do not think auctions will be cancelled and payments refunded over this--that's a full day's work right there.

 

Nah there have been quite a few presale sellers.
usually charging 2x-3x the price. I love it, TRU is hated by us for having the worst track record when it comes to MP figures. Why not amazon or bbts? Nope, give it to the shittiest vendor.

Put it this way, I live in an area with 2 of them, near Washington DC
I've seen: MP Rodimus once, and that's it. The rest, never seen. Prime, Grimlock, nope. Marvel Legends too, I remember when galactus came out there was an employee buying 3 cases of that series.

 

Wow. I had no idea these even went up. Would have loved to have scored an Acid Storm. The wait continues ...
