I was in the process of forking over money for a soundwave in store when i noticed that it was available for online shopping while doing the pricematch lol thank goodness i didnt have to go that route. This box is beautiful guys, a serious pice of art

 

My order acknowledged email was right away, then about an hour later received order confirmation email.

 

Did the in-store pickup this morning when I saw that appeared before the online orders turned on and to my amazement this evening I was able to go down and pick him up (no Soundwaves on the shelf btw, but there were some Acid Storms @ the Woburn MA store). Been a crazy ride the last few weeks, it almost feels like they were maybe suppose to hold them until this week, but who knows.

 

I haven't got anything. I guess mine didn't go through.  

 

Tfw should band together and buy every one of his toys and then just neg feedback him unt he is forced to refund you the difference between the retail price and the scalper price. Either that or complain that the box didnt have soundwave in it. Think abkut it, he scalps it misb, how would he know if soundwaves in there since theres no plastic window to look through

 

That would not be wise, and could get you in alot of trouble depending on who the seller is. The most we can do is either not buy it, or have a whole bunch of it ourselves and sell it at a lower price point then him and have closing auction time next to his.

Also for Misb items, to see if items are inside , you just need to scan it through a x-ray machine. you just need to know people.

Well, Ive been through the last years hell since the first preorder. And Ive been through SW since early ebay and 5am orders. Id say SW has been much much worse. So many cancelled orders, no guarantees, destroyed boxes. So far only plus is there hasnt been any price jumps yet.

 

I lucked out and found him by chance last Saturday at the Yuba City Ca store... I wasn't even looking for him at the time, I was just like "well hello there..." Made my weekend for sure. I'm not usually that lucky. Lol

 

TRU states it's a hot item, and they want as much as possible. They blame Hasbro for not revealing how many units they'll provide, so TRU just sells it as it comes in.

If that's true, the blame goes back to Hasbro.

 

I was able to get an order in at 9:29 last night got 1st email and on the 2nd it said delay in shipping. So did I finally get him or am I up a creek like I was with the eBay posting early fiasco and the nightmare of 7/18?

 

once stock is confirmed, you'll get him. happened to me and mine is on the way (confirmed).

Good luck! I have been hounding my TRU. They took my name and number and said they would call. They got two in this morning ( both spoken for ) and I just called at noon. Granted they have yet to downstack the truck that they said should have been worked tomorrow anyway. but still, hounding them. I will have one within a few hours, Primus willing.
