I put this in the 3rd party section cause I imagine most manufacturers would not be official TF manufacturers, but does anyone make generic accessories of MP-appropriate size?

It doesn't necessarily have to be transformers themed stuff, I just like to pose my TFs and would like some accessories to go with them, like a football for Blitzwing, some energon cubes, some blast effects like the siege ones, but sized for MP guns.

Even like doll furniture of an appropriate size would be fun to look through.

Sorry if there's already a thread for this, but if there is I've missed it.

Dr Wu is a 3P Company that makes weapons and add-ons for a bunch of figures.
For generic stuff like basketballs or footballs look up marbles or beads. Other stuff doll furniture is good. Generic weapons from GI Joes etc can often be picked up from eBay.

Energon cubes are actually an easy one. You can get pink cubes from AliExpress or eBay. They’re sold as card holders or memo holders and often come with little wire clips attached. Contact the seller and ask to just get the cubes without the wire. I ordered a box of about 50 of them a few years ago and they’re perfect for MP energon cubes :

Another option for Energon cubes is to buy a silicone ice cube tray (look for a cubical one) pick up some epoxy or transparent resin from the local hardware store and add some pink dye or pigment. You can even get UV glow in the dark pigment that you add to the resin.
I actually drilled holes in some of them, installed small white 3mm led’s and wired them up for a glow effect. Pretty cool. You can also wire them up with a UV led and they look purple like the last pic, but thanks to the glow pigment they will glow on their own for an hour or two. You could also drill the store bought cubes and add some led lighting to those.

Wow good advice on the cubes. I knew these things existed, just never made the connection.

It seems most retailers don't have much stuff from Dr. Wu anymore. Are they still active?

The cubes are great and pretty cheap too. Buy a heap and you can build piles of them on the shelf. They’re a little large for Insecticons or Reflector but work perfectly for bigger Cons.
Dr Wu’s been around for ages but he’s a small operator that does a limited range of stuff.

Best source is eBay or Aliexpress.
For a retail store your best bet is robotoybase.com.
    Dr Wu

Places like TFSource or BBTS may have the odd smattering of Wu pieces but they’re not really the best source for these little things.

Check ebay and search for scale. Chug combiners work with 1:6 scale, individual figures are around 1:12 I think. Depending on the figure, something around combiner size may work for mp - try out a few until you find what you like. Then there's random stuff - I think Devy's football came from a happy meal or something.

There is also a Reflector camera that figures can hold. (I think dr. Wu made one, a part of the Megatron sword set) if you want to get dr wu products, there is ebay. But make sure to check the tfw2005 forum thread about which chinese ebay sellers are good or bad. Search for Uncle Billy, as he usually has a lot of dr wu items. (On ebay and in his own webstore)

I really love using tamashii effect parts. Such as fire blasts, electric bursts, explosions, etc. I buy them on ebay. A lot of them are knockoffs, but the legit ones can be very pricey and hard to find now.

You could look for thrones, for certain characters to sit on.

Kfc made some energon cubes that come in a variety, such as compressed stacks, and ones for drinking. I think comes in either pink or purple.

I had this desire a few years ago but couldn't find much that hit the mark so I ended up making my own.

I also found some erasers and candy containers at 5 Below that worked pretty well.

"HNNN. Illogical. No self-respecting vintage collector would have that kitschy cow pattern rug in their Mid Century Modern home.

Fleshling Art...Interrogative... What purpose does it serve. Who is the artist of the painting on the far wall.

I, Shockwave in an apron, cleaning an oversized fleshling domicile...Most Illogical.

Recommendation: self-termination due to extreme humiliation."

I've said this idea several times and it's been slept on but I'll say it again. I wish a third party could make 'blinking ears' accessories for Wheeljack that mimic the cartoon when he's talking. I would be all over that in a heartbeat!

Do they blink? Or are they just transparent blue?

Difficult, yes, impossible, no. There is a board member called Songrobin or something to that tune who does stuff like that, if he can do it I'm sure a third party with people of more expertise could easily do it. Besides I think someone made something similar albeit a head, which blinked for MP-29, Shockwave, I understand the head is bigger and all but it is possible. Speaking about Shockwave...I wonder if the same person made one for MP-29T!? I'd also be highly interested in that.
