    Hi all,

So with all the hoopla that ensued over the "shoulder fix" for this mold, what was the final verdict on which mold had the correct shoulders, and which needed fixing?

I recall reading in the threads of past about IRONHIDE actually being the correct one, and it was RATCHET that needed the fixing.

Also, besides the "teeth" showing in bot mode, was there any other reason for doing this?

    Thanks.

For the actual clean and smooth shoulder look, Ratchet was correct and Ironhide needed to be fixed. It was a crazy simple swap, took all of seven minutes. But if you like the way Ironhide's shoulders look, you could always reverse Ratchet's!

Changing it does mean the arm windows are very slightly differently positioned when in alt mode. Some people claimed that the alt mode slotted together better when in the Ratchet version.

Personally, I changed my Ironhide to the Ratchet version with the teeth hidden. I much prefer it. The arm windows are a little difficult no matter which way round I have it.

Simple fix and you can always change it back.
