So i watched the video review of him and i noticed that the reviewer had parts popping off to those that have them could this be a QC issue or is it the mold deteriorating from use because if I recall thats the 6th use of the mold?

I don't think so. Same parts come off on my Masterpiece Skywarp. It's where you have the thrusters on the ball-link hinge, the ailerons on thin hinges as well, and up front, the side pieces that fold over his shoulder. Those always pop off on my Skywarp whenever I transform him back and forth.
I think it's just the nature of the beast.

 

Glad to know its QC not the mold its self. Now hasbro just needs to do a state side release of Thundercracker!
