    Haven't done a custom in a while now, but I've been wanting to work over Big Cannon for a long time. Starting out simply by replacing his tiny little hands with KFC MP-11 Skywarp hands. Going to redo his Cannon too before I strip him down for painting.

    Those hands look really good. I have the FanToys toon and DX9's. I'm considering doing a hand upgrade on DX9 Galvatron now that I've seen yours. Can't wait to see him finished.

    How hard was it to do the hands? I'm fine with how he looks by himself, but I would consider swapping out the hands, yours looks much better with just that mod

    It's not hard to do, but it requires taking the hands apart and trimming down the wrist peice significantly. Being careful with my dremel I did them both in about 30 min.
