MP Jetfire is fantastic but I see him as more of a high end display piece. I love Siege Jetfire and use him to play around with

 

I'm ordering him from BBTS. I have my nitpicks with BBTS (mostly regarding shipping time) but - in my experience - they have excellent return policy and CS. If my figure have any defect BBTS will be more than happy to send me a full/new replacement, or even give me full refund if there's no replacement. Whereas with other retailers they may not give you a full replacement (someone here correct me if I'm wrong on this bc it's been a while), and if they have no spare parts, then you're on your own.

 

TCP and TD are just as good for the most part IMO. But agreed, BBTS would literally bend over for customers. They are unmatched.

 

Contacted hasbro and they said that the figure is not covered under warranty and to contact the vendor I purchased the figure from. Hopefully TCP can get the part or i'm SOL.

 

Definitely going to have to use your bank or PayPal if they string you along.

 

last time ill mention my issue here to prevent more spam. Hasbro made it right. The person I was talking to didn't realize what the chosen prime was at first. Its covered and they gave me a return label to send it back.

I'm pretty shocked that Hasbro would accept a return from another retailer. And this isn't even the Hasbro black sleeve version because as far as I know those are not released yet.

 

I asked for an exchange instead of waiting the few months for a part to arrive to TCP. Hasbro said they didn't have any in stock so they would accept the return and issue a refund. Ill just repurchase the figure once I get the return check.

 

That is really surprising since Hasbro didn't sell you the product at all. Cool of them to offer you a refund for your Skyfire.

 

So did you go through Hasbro pulse's customer service email?

 

Yea they transferred me to a different department so I don't believe this is pulse that is actually handling this. I believe it the generic support Hasbro has. I just couldn't find a support email without going through pulse to start with.

 

That is so odd but awesome at the same time.

I mean, I’m sure TCP would have given you a refund as well (after you returned it).

I sure hope Hasbro is not thinking it’s the Siege version.

 

BBTS has been good on all my shipments and packed really well each time.

 

Just fwiw, those are released. Got my Pulse-orderded, black-sleaved MP-57 on Saturday.

Still also surprised by the return success though heh

 

I hope so as well. I had to give them info and a receipt so they should have seen the item name and the price.

 

I notice some doesn’t come with sleeve and some do. I receive mines without the sleeve. In what situation is the sleeve included? Or is only from Hasbro? Thx!
