Considering the price I paid at deep discount, I'm trying my hardest to be patient. But man I am pumped to get him. Loving all the pics.

Are they actually reliable? I just ordered the Boushijo Optimus from them but am not sure if I should actually expect that order to be fulfilled.

Which store? If you paid via paypal or cc and they don't deliver you can refund. I hope it don't come to that. I'm like us all except for the JP based members or those who's supplier managed to deliver already. Yup the wait is a killer indeed! Just fix it upon your internal clock that it will be 1st week of March 2023 then when it arrives on the last week of February, imagine the dopamine rush opening Skyfire's box!

Far as I know, yea. No idea what their timeframe is for getting stuff in stock, though.

OK… I received Skyfire yesterday from RobotKingdom, and had a chance to open the box and handle him today. Box and plastic tray were doubletaped (like my Trailbreaker was), but I usually figure that as a good thing: an extra quality control of my figure!
I’ve been longing for a proper cartoon styled Skyfire ever since the ‘80’s. In the meantime, I got into Macross and bought Bandai, Yamato and Arcadia VF-1’s in practically every variant, but they all scratched a different itch. Then when Seige Jetfire came along, I was pretty ecstatic, finally having a Skyfire in it’s ‘proper’ configuration. But he’s no Masterpiece. Then MP-57 came along…
Having read the not entirely positive comments in the last couple of days about this figure, regarding the gaps, the articulation and the ability to click together, I was slightly anxious that he’d be a bit of a let down in hand. But having been able to check him out today, I can say he’s everything I always dreamt a toy Skyfire could and should be.
Alt mode is slightly rough, but the gaps and kibble aren’t as jarring in hand. He does look like he just flew out of the TV, into my hands! The 3 minifigs are even better than expected with just Wheeljack being a little looser than I’d like. Still very much debating to display Skyfire in altmode with the minifigs, although he does take up a LOT of extra display space.
Transformation isn’t exactly smooth, but relatively easy, logical and pretty enjoyable. Robot mode is just amazing. He’s a huge boy and plenty big for my taste: in proper scale in my eyes to the rest of the Autobot crew (and ‘Cons). Articulation is good and he holds his gun just fine. He can take a knee, and I can get him in some pretty dynamic poses. Faces all look good, if still a little derpy, but that’s not unlike the cartoons. And luckily, my figure seems to click together pretty well! Had a little trouble compressing the backpack, so hopefully that will loosen up in the future. All in all, I recon he might just hit my top 10 Masterpieces, although my #1 will still be Megatron.

But you can see from the pictures he's released already! It will be another few years before we get another one now!

Joking aside, I'd love to see a proper Porsche Jazz on Masterpiece.

Kind tangential but, TT crowdfund for this, you all game? Or mainstream release of $100.00 per set of Season 1 Autobots and another set of Decepticons or all the Season 1 bots with the exception of the 3 already release with Sf?
