    I wanna say will get a transformation video tonight, I think they'll still do their own for a final production copy instead of relying on Wotafa's video. Maybe just maybe, this thread can go about to talking about MP-57 instead of whatever has been going on lately.

    I’ve never had a problem with skyfire’s jet mode, but that’s because I was raised on science fiction. He’s an alien carbo plane. He’s no more realistic than the Enterprise, a borg cube, millennium falcon, MASK, the BTTF Delorean, or a million other things. He’s fun, he’s big, and in a week - he’s mine!

    I must be fucked in the head because I think both Siege Jetfire and MP Skyfire look great. I also have no problem with Skyfire's alt mode, realistically aerodynamic or not. Both toys brilliantly accomplish their goal, and neither look cheap to me.

    The only thing I dislike about MP-57 is the fact that he's a TT Mall exclusive. Which just means no matter where I wanted to get him from I'd have to overpay.

    It's kindof funny. I am super excited about Skyfire being release just like I was for Trailbreaker. I have had Trailbreaker for two weeks and I have not taken it out of the box yet.

    Sucks alright! But maybe TT wanted to minimize excess inventory? Did MP44 fly off the shelves fast enough(better times but then)? Skyfire is a bit cheapero_O  right;) ? Maybe they aren't to "sure" he will be an instant 0 inventory release? Thank Primus that my sources are nearly 98% dependable.

    Pretty much sums up how I feel too. I loved Siege Jetfire, rating him even higher than MP-44 as far as enjoyment goes back in the day - I know that’s borderline blasphemy, especially for an MP collector!

    Like Shin Densetsu mentioned earlier, it was amazing to see such a great physical representation of the character at the time, and he’s still one of my favourite mainline figures to date - fun to muck around with, and no stress about wear and tear in the same way I feel for my MPs, which are super precious to me.

    Although this is still a wonderful addition to the MP line, I’m trying to keep my expectations in check for MP Skyfire until I have him in hand, which in itself will be a process since I’ll no doubt be waiting significantly longer than many to get him. :rolleyes:

    In the whole scheme of things, there is nothing blasphemous about it. Some just choose not to accept it and immediately have to label it as asinine. Siege Jetfire is one of the best figures out there for any toy line. Like you said, fun to play with and we are not afraid of any breakage.

    I won’t ever take anything away from the Masterpiece line. MP Skyfire will be one of those premiere display and play pieces I will have. At the end of the day, to criticize what is considered quality, quantity, better than the other, etc won’t matter. We just enjoy what we have (that is, if people can enjoy them. Which I’m sure is a resounding yes).

    And one more day to go!

    No matter how good your cover is its always going to come up a bit short to a voice like that. Its like covering Marvin or Sam Cooke.

    RobotKingdom has shipped my MP-57 Jetfire! It has begon (the anxious waiting!). I love MP-56 Trailbreaker, but Jetfire is on another level!
    I urgently need to free up a lot of shelf space though; it was already getting crowded when Shouki and Getsuei came along, and Trailbreaker is still getting hands-on time…
