With MP Skyfire due over the next couple of weeks, I think he's overshadowing Nemesis Lio.

 

He dropped into my HLJ private warehouse today. I’m excited to be able to finally ship my stuff.

I pre-ordered immediately, but after seeing him at the tradeshow without paint like MP-49 my enthusiasm dropped quite a bit. We shall see what he looks like in hand pretty soon I guess.

 

The 48 mold is great and the original chips a lot so this could be a chance at a more playable version.

Love that night shot on the back of the box!

I can't fully tell if the black is painted. It seems to be on the face but the body looks rather clean.

 

It was unpainted at the last show, but that also looked a lot more dull, still glossy black is nice enough compared to the dull black plastic of mp-49

I agree. MP-49 was such a letdown. Which also sucked all the enthusiasm out of me.
Which is a shame, since to me, the MP-44 was the best cartoon Optimus Prime mold out there and the lavish paint helped a lot.
