Thanks so much, man! Just my ol’ iPhone8. I think the main thing is the light I use, a good led reading lamp.

 

Damn man, color me a bit surprised. And here my Note 8's camera is a shitshow, all the more reason for me to switch back. Seriously, this past WWDC was legit the eyeopener for me to go back after my shitty hand-me-down 5S. That aside, been in the market for a DSLR, so I figured i've throw it out there to see, haha.

And I STILL need to get MP-44. I know, i'm a heretic. I'm that guy who gets FT Beachcomber but isn't getting MP-44.

 

I love my MP-44, QC issues and all, but the Carly that came with mine is flawed irreparably. If anyone has a junker set and a spare Carly they’d be willing to unload, please PM me!

 

The heel part of the foot on one side doesn't lie flat like the other side. Did I transform it wrong? It's kind of wants to spring outward instead of lie flat

 

I had that issue. I ended up sanding a little bit of plastic from the hinge area until the foot went flatter. It’s not perfect but it’s better.

 

I might give that a try. It's not a huge issue and just wondered if I had done something wrong.

On another note, I thought the antenna on my alternate head was good, but it's messed up on one side. What's the best way to straighten those?

 

I had great results by just bending it by hand and repeating it a few times.

 

Yeah, I tried that. Even heating and it wouldn't budge much. It has a sharp kink in it, so might be too far gone. I guess I could swap out the good antenna if I ever wanted that look since they seem the same style. I like the one that came on the figure better anyway

 

Has anyone got a link to that chinese video where the guy explains all the steps to get a clean vehicle mode? I have searched multiple threads and can't find it anymore...
