Mentasm threw a mods and fixes video together earlier today. Doesn't cover everything, but it should be a decent starting place:

Finally an mp44 which my broke ass could afford, hopefully ;-;

 

looks to be a separate piece, so my guess is when being sold their pictures won't have it attached.

Supposedly it may be coming without the trailer and human figures, so already there it will most likely be about $100 based on MP 36 KO’s

 

Enhanced shoulders and knees sound good, along with more ratchet teeth in the elbows. Lighting effects? Did the original have lighting? Large amount of added alloy electroplating parts? Are they talking about chrome or just adding more die cast parts? If it's chrome, what is there to chrome that wasn't done on the original? If die cast (more likely) then meh - I don't really care how much die cast is in a figure as long as it looks good. Bilingual sound effects - sure, but I'd rather they leave the sound chip out entirely and make the backpack smaller.

Anybody have any idea what "no compartment small ball maintenance table and small ball maintenance table" means?

 

Blaster effects, I assume.

Think it means no trailer (inferring from maintenance table = repair bay).

EDIT: When will we get an mp44 ko?

Gah, the trailer is the main thing I wanted, I need one to go with TE-01, dang it.

 

I'm guessing they'll do the trailer, Roller, Spike, etc. as a separate release.

 

It's currently listed at about $70US here in Taiwan.

 

the MP 36 KO is not good as far as the faces goes. But at 100 usd might be a good substitute to some.

 

Hopefully, that'd be ace.

I mentioned in the other thread that the KO is likely not a good idea, especially if it's at the usual 50% price point.

But at $100? It might not be bad at all for those who want the MP-44.

 

Damn, I love my TE-01, but if this thing is as cheap as some other recent MP KOs (like when I paid $120 for the Infinite Transformation Megatron) I'm pretty sure I'll take the plunge. I like the direction they're going, trying to keep the price and complexity down by eschewing things like the trailer and human figures.
