Sorry, can't reach that atm (medical reasons) but I can tell you that it has straight ears. I might be able to get a pic later...

So um, bit of a dumb question but does anyone have any knee tabs they like to part with? Thinking of putting em on Nemesis Prime when I get him as without them he doesn't tab in as well in truck mode.

I do have an extra set of knee tabs (may or not be of dubious origin), but I am looking into duplicating parts using silicone and resin at the moment, although I haven't done anything yet. Perhaps I could look into duplicating these parts for you?

    Thanks so much for this!

The top hip joint was completely loose for me, and I somehow missed the two screws behind the white/yellow shield. Thanks to your detailed photos, I was able to disassemble it, fix it, and put it back together.

Works great now. Thank you so much!

Hello all. Newbie here, even though I've been reading the site on and off for years.
Decided to join after finally tracking down an official MP-44. I was chuffed to bits that I'd finally found one and couldn't wait to put him on display with my other figures. While standing back to admire, I noticed a dirty great scratch on the right arm. Even though you can only see it in certain light it really bothers me. It was still new as the seals were still intact and was sold as such.
Does anyone have any tips about what I could do to try and improve the appearance of the scratch? I did think about getting a KO and swapping the scratched panel but they aren't painted so wouldn't match.

Wow. That is surprising to see. Unfortunately I’m not sure what can be done besides sanding and painting the surface again. The surface cannot be directly be painted on, since you’d still be able to see the scratch below.

Yes that's some quite serious scratch! Maybe polishing it could help?

That's kind of what I was expecting. Problem is, even if the seller accepted it as a fault, I purchased it from abroad and it would cost way too much to ship back and then I'd have to try and reclaim VAT and that gets very messy.

I could give it a go. I'm just concerned about making it look worse.
Of all the Masterpieces I own, I've never come across a bad finish like this before.

It is possible to just take off just the shoulder. If you are interested, you can PM me and I’ll see if I can help you out with that.

Indeed. It is fairly easy and I think @BrutiKing helped me with this in the past!

I’d be tempted to fill the scratch with some pva glue, something safe next to paint and then go over it with a red marker. Not sure what the outcome will be but might help it make it less noticeable?

@BrutiKing has sent me some instructions to repaint the scratched arm. The only thing preventing success is my own skills and patience..
I intend to take some piccies of how it goes in the hope it'll help others. In theory!
