    Everything looked great until I saw close up shots of Star Saber's face...... and bad face paint QC again from Takara. Who ever is painting the faces and checking them needs to be fired.

    StarSaber looks really good, but I have some questions.

    I've always thought that the plain white plastic looks sort of iffy. Does his plastic feel high quality like other MPs? What parts are die-cast, his feet and the wheel-doors only? The mini-fig "Brain" looks a bit fragile, is it?

    I do like what I see, but given the choice, would this be more desirable than a G1 re-issue, I wonder?

    I saw Ben's Collectables mention there are attach points on Facebook. The designers said the door was being left open so they could do one down the road if the opportunity arose to do one - sort of a "we don't know if we'll get to make one, but we'll put the necessary ports in up front in case we get to do it".

    From Singapore. Adding to that, there are lots of peg holes (rare for an MP) at the legs and shoulders , perhaps hinting possible upgrades in the future.

    Another thing to add. We know how MP toys are usually engineered to fit every piece of assesory somewhere in vehicle mode, not this one.

    There will be a few parts you need to keep with care. I could be wrong though since I've only gotten the MP and haven't explored everything..

    Yes, that is the tiniest bot EVER.

    I am surprised he isn't packed in full robot mode.

    When all combined, that is the cleanest bot mode ever.
