Bro, I am no longer in Singapore, so I am not sure. Less than two weeks I think. SAL actually ships by air, but only if there's space. Given the frequent traffic between Japan and Singapore, would not be surprised if it's one week or so as well.

Yay! Got my shipping request in to AE. I can't wait. No e-mail for me, so definitely check if you have an AE preorder. Funny enough I did get an e-mail from them yesterday for another item...go figure. :)

I never receive an in stock notice from AE... Only reason I checked it now was because of this thread. I looked at the account settings and I don't see anything as they have a very simple account system.

I'd take closed forearms, wrist swivel and hand articulation over waist swivel any day....I can't remember the last time I posed a bot rotating his waist (not that I'm excusing the lack of it, they honestly both should be better). I know you're really excited for him but that's a big step backwards for me. Magnus is my favourite Autobot so naturally I'm quite pumped for him....and his articulated hands and wrists! Maybe that's why I'm more forgiving and you vice versa.....which is crazy really as we should be clamouring for the very best they can do.

With regards the white MP10, just get the KO and have them back to back...best of both worlds then :)

Yeah, I'm sure that's it - we're always going to make excuses for the figures that most closely fulfil what we've wanted for 30 years, I guess. But poor old Magnus doesn't look as though his knees or thighs will bend very far, either - he still looks great, he's just the one I'm least excited for (except for Star Sabre, I'm not even buying him). I'm sure I'll like Magnus more when I have him in hand next to Prime in vehicle mode, and Rodimus in robot mode.

I'll definitely buy a white KO; it's just that for me, the main thing I liked about UM was the fact he was a white Prime in armour. Then again, I did love Magnus in the UK comics; maybe I need to re-read some of those to get my excitement levels up a bit more.

Either way, I'm very excited that Bumblebee will be with me next week (even if I don't get to do much with him until Christmas), and roll on the next car bots too.

Funny. I pose all my figures with their waists swiveled. I feel they look static if I don't.

Whatever floats your boat mate :)

I'm not saying it's not needed but in the grand scheme of things a block fist and solid wrist come off worse. For me at least. But then I detest block fists as they are so uncharismatic/boring and cheap so maybe I'm biased. I'd much rather they had used a moulded open hand.

Interesting, looks like the CG modeler/ or mold maker made the same mistake that Hasui tried to correct after MP-12. The sketch on the Datsun design page from the guidebook shows specific instruction NOT to do that.

The mouth/cheek volume travels up past the corners of the nose where it should have stopped.

I wonder why they are having so much trouble working between departments at Takara.

I have a (silly) question... Why is it written in the box "Bumble" and not "Bumblebee?

Yeah, it looks much better here. But is this the boxed retail release?

So many contradictory photos flying around. Not sure what we are getting now.

Just paid for Bumblebee at Amazon JP and the total came to $38.99 shipped since I have a prime account with them. I've already done the math and to have it shipped to the us from my forwarding service will be another $15 for EMS, making the total 53.99 shipped. Not too bad if I say so myself compared to what US retailers are asking.

They probably do the same thing you do. Buy from jpn retail and mark it up for U.S. customers who know no better.

That's awesome! I thought customers without a Japan address couldn't purchase from Amazon Japan...?

Books and movies can be shipped to the US. Anything else requires a forwarding service or proxy site.
