It’s been a while since I posted, but I wanted to share something new I’ve been working on! I purchased MP-44 for the toon look, but really appreciate the modernized take on prime that MP-10 had. However I was unhappy with MP-10’s headsculpt and modeled my own. I am in the process of having it test printed by shapeways, but based on an earlier test print it should fit perfectly. And I checked - the figure will be able to transform even with the new headsculpt proportions. Let me know what you all think!
@breaux man I dont own MP-10V, HOWEVER after I perfect the neck and mounting system for the regular MP-10, I’d be more than happy to downsize it to fit MP-10V. I will need to request some dimensions though. The current design challenge is trying to attach the head without the need of screws and not being permanent. I may also try and split it so that the facemask and eyes are a separate piece so it’s easier to paint. Worst case the screws will have to be drilled. If anyone has any ideas definitely share! @hinomars
You should sell the .stl file The shipping cost and taxes restrict the possibility of buying, it is a stabbing to the wallet when you are from another country
Take your time bro...you are the artist. I took a few pictures that may be pertinent whenever you get around to it. MP-10V came with 4 heads, the main one being the same as MP-10. The other 3 are Orion Pax, and two that are similar to yours, but they have a "mean/mad/angry" countenance...I don't need a mean Prime; that's why I like your design...it's the type of facemask I want, but without the grumpiness. carry on...
