I think that I may be the only person that has this issue. My girlfriend bought an MP-10 from TFSource back in the summer of this year. Never flipped out so much in my life. I unboxed it, transformed it once and then put it on display. I added a few pieces to my display shelf so I moved a few things around. When I turned MP-10 around I noticed that the back looked like it was missing some silver. I realized that the final "panel" that includes the silver stripe is not there. I though, maybe it got lost or disconnected when I moved stuff around, but I took a few pics. This pic is from the day I unboxed it

Didn't notice it until about a week ago. I was more in tune with the bot mode that I didn't realize it. Reached out to TFSource at least to see if there is some option for a resolution but they've sold out and don't have a replacement. Anyone had anything like this happen and came to a workable solution? I mean, Prime is in robot mode all the time, but it's nice to have it complete. I do appreciate TFSource responding and at least making an effort to resolve this matter.

Hmmmm, I think your best bet would be to either get a refund, or sell it and buy a new one if you can find it at a good price, if you don't care about the paint differences, get a Hasbro one, OR get in touch with a customiser and see if they can scratchbuild a panel, and attach it.

Good luck, whatever you decide! :)

Good luck with solving this matter.

I just noticed on my TRU MP Optimus, that the trailer is missing a ramp:
I looked for it everywhere in the box, but it wasn't there..
Probably it's not the greatest issue, but I feel a little dissappointed... I ordered it from TRU Online Shop, but the shipment was to Poland, so sending it back would be to expensive...
Has anyone also this issue with trailer? Any ideas how to resolve it?

^^^^ Man, that's terrible. I just hope it's not a widespread thing. All products have defects in a run for sure, but MP figures have had some QA issues lately.

On the back of the figure, right next to the gun storage location.

You could always try to paint in the silver yourself. The panel that keeps it flush with the rest of the truck mode isn't there but it shouldn't look too bad.

Yeah, it's not a "huge" loss as the figure is displayed in robot mode, but it's the principle since it was roughly $300.

Here is a pic for where it is in bot mode.

If I were you, I'd buy a hasbro MP Optimus, take the silver part off it, put it on yours, and return the hasbro one and say it was missing the part.

It's not honest, but it's really the only way I see you replacing that part.

Or replace the part & then put the TRU MP Prime up for sale at cost but let the seller know it is missing. MP Prime is still popular enough that someone might want it even with the missing part. You've got your part & weren't dishonst. Win-Win.

@optimus124 - while doing that, could You please remove the ramp before returning it back, and send this part to me? :)  Ofcourse I'll pay for the shipment! It wouldn't be actually dishonest since I didn't get the complete product from TRU in the first place.

Seems to be the trend as of late. I may have to find the paint color to match the silver stripe in model paints. I have a few ideas

I feel this is the best solution. You get your part, you get your money back, and, no one gets hurt.

If you do this I'll buy the tires from you!!!! My MP-10 came with horribly cut up inside rubber portions of the tires.

This things gonna be so parts out!!!! Nothing left in the box except sparkplugs left arm! LOL!
