hmm. I saw a pic of it. his is very nice as well, thanks. I am just little concerned about op being able to hold anything without a compatible slot. I'm also a little concerned because I'd love to get a more movie accurate sword for him. Dr. Wu's looks great but I don't see the clot for his hand peg on the pics I've seen. hmmm. I wonder why they made this design choice with his hands. I suppose I could try like you said carving my own little notch in but i'm not a customizer and a little worried I'd mess it up or break it.

    Thanks AA!

Hmm..now I remember how his hands are designed. Saw a few reviews on him before.
Do you happen to have this figure? If you can provide me with measurements of that peg (or the hole on the sword) I can try to modify the cannon for you.

Edit: It's so weird the peg is located on the palm and is obstructing Prime from holding anything other than his sword.

Thanks! O it's just simple black base coat and drybrushing with silver. Nothing too advanced.

hmmm... I can't find anything to measure the hand slot with. I don't suppose someone else with mold could provide fakebuster with the measurements? I'd appreciate it.

Amazing work, the scolex spikers are my favorite. The Optimus gun looks a little on the large side, though. Was it that big in the movie?

Really, I can't say for sure as it seems the gun changes its size based on which scene Optimus is in. For example, it looks pretty small on the DOTM movie posters but it looked massive during the scene when the autobots entered Chicago. I based my model on gut feel. I like my guns to be larger than life anyway, similar to the look of Mechtech accessories.

Hey in the movie Lucas did complain about getting hit by Optimus's 'ten foot cannon'. Anyway I like the size of it. Seems just right to me.

These weapons look so cool, and are very screen accurate. :)

    Very impressive work.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Actually your comment made me dig up some info. It's claimed that movie Optimus is 28 feet tall, so a ten foot cannon scales down to 6.5 cm in Evasion Prime's hands. Which is....kinda tiny!

    O NICE PRINT! :thumb
I'm glad it worked out for you.

Just wondering how the Optimus gun looks in the hands of a leader class prime. I'm thinking about getting one for DMK01 Optimus Prime.

Any chance of seeing some side-arm blades for Voyager Galvatron? I know they were only scene briefly when he first transforms, but it'd still be cool to expand the toy's weaponry.

    I don't have leader Prime :/
As long as you can get the DMK Optimus hands to hold 5mm pegs, you should be fine!

I was thinking of that before...but Galvatron doesn't have any forearm ports or attachment points, does he?

    Galvatron hates cars.
