Does anyone have the Iron Warrior Jet Power upgrade kit for MPM Optimus? They're making another batch and I'm wondering if I should get one and if it's worth the money.

 

Recently started fiddling TLK Barricade again. Honestly he’s a really fun figure. I miss when Transformers had this many accessories lol. Pistol, Wrist machine gun thingy, police baton, and you can even take the hideous backpack and make it into a riot shield! You don’t see that much versatility often. Plus the “Protect and Serve” knuckles are badass. Just a shame he has so much kibble.



If they ever make a Studio Series Hound, I hope he’s loaded out with tons of shit like Barricade is here. Knives, guns, maybe even grenades. I don’t want to see him coming with like 2 sub par grey molded wimpy peashooters.

 

I'd pay leader price for a SS AOE Hound with tons of weapons.

Here's the grainy photo that I took when I received my copy from a fellow board member way back in 2013. This figure holds so much sentimental value to me because it was my first experience with the leader Prime mold and was the first time that I ever bought anything from a board member here on TFW. The guy who sold it to me was so kind and just made the whole transaction such a pleasant experience and made me really appreciate the community that we have on this site.

I still own this figure to this day and will never sell it. I have APS-01U and the Studio Series leader which are fantastic in their own right but this figure marks such a significant mile stone in my collecting that I couldn't ever part with it. Plus, the deco on this figure is just so cool and captures the darker/muted tones seen in DOTM so well, IMO.

 

As a kid, I missed out largely on G1 and was into something else by BW. Therefore, I only started truly getting figures in Animated. Then one day in 2011, I finally graduated for the last time and had a handful of degrees. First thing to do after securing a home of my own was to run off to costco for tons of inexpensive food and lowe's for furniture. My parents were trailing me everywhere, spouting their pride. Then, I saw him. High on a shelf, out of place, surrounded by unrelated stuff.

I stared at him longingly. But I left him, deciding to stick with Animated. We went to the nextdoor lowe's next, and it was there, I heard Prime's voice, blasting from my cruddy childhood vhs tape. I made sure my parents lost me, and I went back for him. Over the years, I've broken his rear end, his smokestacks, lost his matrix, and used him in a disastrous first custom paintjob.

I love him all the more for it.

Does this guy come with all of the weapons from the Age of Extinction voyager? I was thinking of getting him at some stage to replace my TLK version, but I'd somehow convinced myself he only came with the big tri-barrel gun
