Yeesh, that takes him from "creepy" to "get back or I'm calling the cops".

I gotta say, the only part of the DNA kit that I've installed so far are the new hands, and what a world of difference they make.

And a final one of the text on the side of the cockpit. At best the text pt is c0.5mm to 1mm high but still fully readable using a magnifier or macro. Its too small to read otherwise.

How’s it scale with mpm? And does it fit in? I know sometimes with those upscaled ss they lack the detail and intricacies of mpm and look off.

Scales perfectly, he is along with the ss32 optimus ls-14 oversize figure, an mpm upscale of the studio series; rather than the over scale some of the oversized go to.

Pics are a couple of pages back.

With a couple of add on parts, he will combine with mpm-04 prime. Just need to fabricate the bits.

Everyone keeps saying how great this 3P Mixmaster looks on the forums and Facebook. And I just gotta say I absolutely hate it.

Mistransformed or not. This thing is so ugly to me, its uglier than the original ROTF Voyager.

I'll very happily stick to my Studio series constructicons. Thank you.

Yeah, it's so inaccurate and the head mode isn't even that much nicer looking than SS, imo.

    Agreed.

It's evident that the focus on these really is the combined devastator. Whilst they are a figure in their own right, the bulk of the design effort was devastator first.

The cost of the full set, given how many are required is still something i'm wrestling with.

Same. The original one is loaded with little extras, and although it's fiddly as all get out, it's still an excellent figure. It's also the most screen accurate as it has the cannon mode and doesn't combine.
Still, the SS version is a more fun toy that's easier to transform and honestly enjoyable.

TBH with the devy talk , what’s the possibility that they won’t release a box set of lot like they did with cw or uw shtick. I feel that they might pull a page of that and release one despite my better judgement .

Yeah, and I don't understand why he's blue.

I still love the original too, but I thoroughly enjoy the SS. I really appreciate the improved accuracy in mixer mode and the engineering to include Devy's head.

I would be surprised if its eventually considered but its hard to say when.

Plus we are talking $ 260 + depending on if they add in extras like mini figures or figures.

I mean I see the idea

" Studio Series #100 Constructicon Devastator w/ Deluxe class Skids and Deluxe class Mudflap w/ mini figures of Simmons and Leo "

    $ 300 usd at least

If it does happen i see it at the near the end of Studio Series

I could see it done as an SDCC exclusive or something.
