The announcement is cancelled.
I think my Optimus Prime is done, still not completely happy with his underarms but I am afraid this is going to be as good as it gets with him still able to transform.
I need to do some minor tweaks to the trailer still and prep it a little better,
But for Prime it will be time for paint.
I think we're all getting very confused about the announcements. To clear up the confusion, there must be an announcement for the announcement date of the announcement regarding the reveal date of MPM Ratchet.
Studio Series Movie 1 Megatron is f'n amazing. Everything they did wrong with ROTF MEgatron they got right with Movie 1 megatron. The only thing I don't love is that he doesn't have a blaster, but that's the design that was made for the movie, so I can't fault Hasbro for that
My new Soundwave has finally come
He’s great figure as I expect better propertion than his old incarnation DX and HA but my copy got loose on right arm sadly he cannot hold his old Mechtech but you can support some pose to hold it
I'm thinking of hunting down the older Deluxe. This new one, while nice looking in both modes, disappoints me in that the chest panels won't stay attached during transformation.
With the satellite version:
Reveal should be at the Hong Kong Toys & Game Fair between January 6 and 9. Can't friggin wait to see Ratchet and Starscream!
I really liked this Prime Cyberverse Breakdown repainted as a Dread...
That 2nd pic is great
Is Shockwave allowed to look cooler and more intimidating than Megantron? Seriously, he's one of line top winner imo
Overload is late 2020 although it's possible overload is number 62
I don't know why, but Shockwave and Thundercracker look really good together. Maybe it's because they're both big bruisers with dark colour schemes
That's exactly how Shockwave should be, IMO
I remeasured the weight of some of my figures, mostly just Deluxes. Here my newest findings:
SS Ironhide ~150g
Cybertron car Hot Shot (I have the Hot Rod redeco) ~150g
Movie 1 Deluxe Concept Camaro Bumblebee ~100-110g
SS Lockdown, Ratchet, and TLK Berserker ~90g
AOE Drift and DOTM Soundwave ~90g
SS Jazz, Barricade, Sideswipe, and Stinger ~70g
AOE Lockdown ~70g
ROTF Rampage (with shovel) ~130-135g
ROTF Rampage (without shovel) ~90-100g
All my Legends, Legions, and BB Speed Series figures ~20g
Remember all those times I said Transformers haven't gotten smaller? I admit this time I was wrong. They have. Hasbro just got smart at hiding it. By making figures as tall as old figures while not having quite the same heft to them, you could say there's more to them... than meets the eye.
To be fair you could argue they've been shrinking Deluxes since the first Movie. A Cybertron Deluxe (or at least the one I own) weights as much as a SS Voyager! Can y'all believe that?
Wonder why it took me this long to accept the truth, ah.
I never got why hasbro gets so much shit all because their figures have shrunk a little... as long as the figure is good quality it’s absolutely fine in my eyes. Just my two though...
My instructions for mixmaster and scavenger both say overload is early 2020
