My mini-review:
Positives: Excellent value for Voyager class, huge for Voyager class (bigger than the smaller Leader class figures), sturdy, haven't had a panel pop off yet, has a nice weight and does not feel cheap, easy to pose, excellent metallic paint apps, chain whip is long, excellent face sculpt and detail, kibble only in legs in robot mode

Minor gripes: Alt mode flight stand port is in an odd position so many flight stands will not work (would need a long 3mm peg), had some minor flash on one hand and in one port that I had to pick off with my fingernails, no fusion cannon in robot mode, stress marks already on the tabs that peg into the bottom of the feet in alt mode

Major gripes: Instructions. Hasbro needs to hire a new person to do these.

Edit:
Transformation difficulty: On par with Voyager Rampage once you figure out where all the tabs are supposed to go and how to position the shoulders in alt mode. Easier to me than Deluxe Barricade.

Scavenger is capable of doing some dynamic posing without a flight stand with very careful positioning.

 

Wonder if we are getting 2007 Megatron repainted later with a gun..... I only remember the flail from when he woke up in the Hoover Dam and from 1 of the games.

I don't have any other Bayverse Megatron figures. As for Optimus Prime, have Legendary OP (and Nemesis version) and SS Bumblebee OP.

SS54 is near true Leader height (or what used to be Leader height). He towers over Bumblebee OP despite both being Voyagers. If you fold the hand in, you'll see a non-standard slot to plug in the chain whip.


The robot mode flight stand port is easily accessible for flight stands, unlike the alt mode port.

Of course, everyone's burning question is...can it Hadouken? Yes, thanks to his forward ankle tilt along with extra back ankle / foot support.

 

Hey @ziltama I heard that 711 Nemesis Legendary Prime holds its gun better than the regular version, is that true? Very annoying on my Legendary Prime

 

Yes, Legendary Nemesis Prime's hands did get tweaked and can actually hold weapons (even standard 5mm peg weapons). That was the most annoying part for Legendary OP. Only other difference I noticed is that the legs in alt mode are now at a true 90 degrees from the cab.

 

WTF...did the inside of the hand get retooled or something?

 

Looks the same but actually stays tight enough around a peg.

Small update an old acquaintance got in touch with me and told me the remaining SS figures yet to be revealed for 2020.

This is important so Read this part

( ( this acquaintance and i go back a few years back to the start of Combiner Wars and back then provided rumors for CW and TR some of which were true. However !! He hung me out to dry and made me the fall guy for some info that didnt pan out and i cut contact. ))

So bare that in mind when i say i dont trust this guy for a second there are a few things that he says thst yes line up with other credible info but still i don't believe this and nor should any of you.

Aside from giving the car mode a roof what else can they do to make this visually distinct from the DOTM one? Did Sideswipe change designs in between films?

 

the robots were identical, so that leaves the roof, headlights and the wheels in altmode.
